Resumen

La problemática social de seguridad y económica que se percibe en el municipio de

Tumaco por parte del turista y de sus mismos habitantes es evidente, desde el mismo
aeropuerto rodeado de militares y policías se proyecta un ambiente de conflicto y de
inseguridad.

Es por este motivo que el proceso investigativo inicia hablando con la gente del común, el
comerciante que día a día busca salir adelante con su negocio, pero que la falta de
oportunidad, la sombra de la extorsión y el conflicto no lo dejan desarrollar su actividad y
de igual manera contribuir a la economía del municipio.

De igual manera identificamos que el conflicto armado es uno de los principales problemas
que aquejan a la mayoría de los empresarios del municipio, casos como la extorsión,
atentados terroristas y hasta el secuestro son los principales actores que dificultan el
progreso de Tumaco.

Se realizaron entrevistas a directivos de la alcaldía que proyectan y ejecutan importantes

planes que han permitido que no se pierda en su totalidad las oportunidades de gestionar
empresa y de proyectar una mejor economía para el municipio, así mismo se llevaron a
cabo visitas a empresarios con el fin de conocer los apoyos y cuales son su aportes a la
economía del municipio.

Summary

The social security and economic problem that is perceived in the municipality of Tumaco
by tourists and its inhabitants is evident, from the same airport surrounded by the military
and police, an atmosphere of conflict and insecurity is projected.

It is for this reason that the investigative process begins by talking to ordinary people, the
merchant who day by day seeks to get ahead with his business, but that the lack of

Similarly, we identify that the armed conflict is one of the main problems afflicting the
majority of the municipality's businessmen, cases such as extortion, terrorist attacks and
even kidnapping are the main actors that hinder the progress of Tumaco.

Interviews were conducted with city hall executives who project and execute important
plans that have allowed opportunities to manage the company and to project a better
economy for the municipality not to be missed in its entirety, as well as visits to
entrepreneurs with the In order to know the supports and what are their contributions to the
economy of the municipality.

Resumen

Este artículo presenta una investigación académica científica realizada sobre el

emprendimiento en Colombia. El emprendimiento empresarial en Colombia es un factor
importante de crecimiento de la economía, pero los esfuerzos públicos y privados no son
suficientes para la generación de nuevos emprendimientos.

En primer lugar, se realiza una revisión bibliográfica de las principales investigaciones

relacionados al emprendimiento en Colombia analizando los problemas y las barreras
históricos además de las propuestas de mejora o alternativas de solución.

La investigación utiliza una metodología cuantitativa exploratoria utilizando encuestas y

entrevistas sobre la muestra representativa de la población para determinar los desafíos del
emprendimiento en Colombia.

La población objeto de estudio en la investigación está definida por los habitantes del
municipio de Tumaco en el departamento de Nariño y la muestra para el desarrollo de las
entrevistas y las encuestas es de características representativa y segmentarias tomadas al
azar en comercios, universidades sitios públicos del municipio de Tumaco.

Posteriormente se analizan los datos obtenidos utilizando tablas de frecuencias y técnicas

gráficas y se plantean algunas conclusiones y recomendaciones.

Abstract

This article presents an academic scientific investigation carried out on entrepreneurship in

Colombia. Entrepreneurship in Colombia is an important factor in the growth of the
economy, but public and private efforts are not necessary for the generation of new
ventures.

Firstly, a bibliographic review of the main research related to entrepreneurship in Colombia

is carried out, analyzing the problems and historical barriers as well as the proposals for
improvement or alternative solutions.

The research uses an exploratory quantitative methodology using surveys and interviews on
the representative sample of the population to determine the challenges of entrepreneurship
in Colombia.

The population object of study in the research is defined by the inhabitants of the
municipality of Tumaco in the department of Nariño and the sample for the development of
the interviews and surveys is representative and segmental characteristics taken at random
in shops, universities, public places of the Tumaco municipality.

Subsequently, the data used is analyzed using frequency tables and graphic techniques and
some conclusions and recommendations are made.

Este artículo presenta una investigación académica científica realizada sobre el

Resumen

El tema que aborda nuestra propuesta de investigación es el desempleo en Tumaco, una de

sus causas es la violencia y la falta de emprenderismos afecta a esta población.

Estas son algunas cifras que arrojan una respuesta a la problemática en Tumaco.

Innovación: puesto 1.043 entre 1.102 municipios.

Pobreza multidimensional: 84%, lo cual deja a Tumaco en el puesto 899 entre 1.043
municipios.

Tasa de desempleo: 13%.

Desempleo juvenil: 70%.

Las NBI afectan al 48,7% de la población.

Cobertura neta de educación media (2015) 20,4%. Pruebas Saber 11 matemáticas: 39,5%
en 2016.

Por lo anterior, podemos concluir que una manera de contribuir a frenar el desempleo es
emprendimiento en el sector agropecuario.

Un factor determinante de la poca empleabilidad en este campo no es un secreto que se

trata de que, en la población rural, generalizando, solo trabajan personas mayores; por lo
tanto, hace falta también motivar a la juventud, ya que a los jóvenes no les gusta mucho el
trabajo en el campo y prefieren irse hacia las ciudades para desempeñarse en otros oficios.
Se trata entonces, de generar incentivos que contribuyan a la creación de empleos para este
grupo poblacional.

En este proyecto, el gobierno es el que tiene el principal papel, ya que se deben

implementar medidas para contratación de los jóvenes y los empresarios, quienes deben
trabajar activamente en reducir estos inconvenientes y generar más posibilidades.

Uno de los objetivos del Gobierno es activar el empleo en el campo, por lo que quiere
acelerar pactos por el emprendimiento y por la competitividad en este sector productivo, y
es en este punto donde queremos llevar a cabo una propuesta de investigación enfocada en
cómo afrontar por medio del emprendimiento y sus correctas estrategias el desempleo en el
Cesar, con el fin de mitigar este problema, en busca de soluciones concretas que beneficien
al departamento y al país en general.

La investigación que se llevará a cabo para la realización del proyecto será de tipo
Exploratoria Cuantifica, que tiene la finalidad de analizar los aspectos dentro de un
contexto de acercamiento a una población específica, como lo es la población juvenil, y se
hará en un periodo determinado como lo es el segundo semestre del 2020.

Abstrac

The topic that our research proposal addresses is unemployment in Tumaco, one of its
causes is violence and the lack of entrepreneurship affects this population.

These are some figures that provide an answer to the problem in Tumaco.

1. Innovation: 1,043 place among 1,102 municipalities.

necessary to motivate youth, since young people do not like working in the fields very
much and prefer to go to the cities to work in other trades. It is, then, about generating
incentives that contribute to job creation for this population group.

In this project, the government has the main role, since measures must be implemented for
the hiring of young people and entrepreneurs, who must actively work to reduce these
inconveniences and generate more possibilities.

One of the Government's objectives is to activate employment in the field, which is why it
wants to accelerate pacts for entrepreneurship and competitiveness in this productive sector,
and it is at this point that we want to carry out a research proposal focused on how to face
through entrepreneurship and its strategic corrections unemployment in Cesar, in order to
mitigate this problem, looking for concrete solutions that benefit the department and the
country in general.

The research that will be carried out to carry out the project will be of the Quantitative
Exploration type, which has the determination of analysis of the aspects within a context of
approach to a specific population, such as the youth population, and will be done in a
period determined as the second semester of 2020.

Desplazamiento y desempleo en Tumaco.

Causas:

Presencia de grupo al margen de la leyfalta de emprendimiento.

Resumen:

Con este proyecto se busca identificar los agricultores de las veredas del consejo
comunitario Alto miran y frontera de las veredas pital, las balsa y restrepo, en el distrito de
Tumaco en Nariño, el cual es esta conocido por sus diversa producción agropecuaria y
agrícola que es la fuente de económicos de las familias. Esta zona es destacada por su clima
tropical húmedo, con una importante frecuencia de lluvias. Durante el transcurso del año, la
temperatura generalmente varía de 24 °C a 30 °C y rara vez baja a menos de 23 °C o sube a
más de 31 °C. Frecuencia de lluvias que favorece los sistemas de producción.

Tumaco presenta ya que posee una idiosincrasia histórica, cultural el cual ha generado
memoria en los pobladores del territorio.

Las veredas del consejo comunitario Alto miran y frontera de las veredas pital, las balsa y
Restrepo, presentan una alta migración al casco urbano de Tumaco porque su cercanía a
este, les puede brindar algunas comodidades como los centro de servicios básicos y fuente
potencial de empleos, además que es el punto de salida hacia el centro del país y otros
municipios. Este desplazamiento se puede movilizar de diferentes desde traslados
"compensado" entre Tumaco y las veredas, hasta la emigración definitiva, pasando por
situaciones de doble-residencia, en Tumaco y en el rio. También es de notar que la
proporción de migrantes varía considerablemente de una vereda a otra, aun vecinas, y que
los destinos privilegiados de los migrantes también cambian de una vereda a otra (los de
pital, la balsa, Restrepo, palo seco, alto pusbi, y bayambiendo a Bogotá, Cali, entre otras ..).
Es decir, no existe homogeneidad, y las informaciones dadas a continuación solo pueden
servir como base de interpretación, no coma descripción generalizable "al Pacifico".

Abstrac:
