Confirm By -pass valve in liquid line, between liquid line 1 & 2 closed
Confirm Working of the Sprinkler system and Fire water system by switching on pumps in the barge.
Confirm vapour & liquid hoses of each bullet disconnected (12 Nos) after
loading / unloading operations. (Pragatiyan) Confirm availability of PPE's (Mask, Goggles, Helmets, PVC suite, SCBA, Ammonia Mask with canister, Gloves) in the barge
Confirm By -pass valve in liquid line, between liquid line 2 & 3 closed Confirm availability of Fire Fighting Equipment in the barge.
Confirm shore side 3 nos liquid and 2 nos vapour hoses disconnected Confirm availability of diesel for sprinkler pump
from the barge after loading / unloading operations
Confirm that waters is filled in the ballast tank to required level.
Confirm 3 nos Drain Valves and 2 nos Vapour Vent Valves are closed after
loading / unloading operations Check Tremcard, First Aid Box and Emergency Telephone nos. are kept in the cabin.
Any minor leaks from valve flanges / glands? Do not release the barge if any Whether mobile phone available in barge: Mob.No:
