working in harmony

ABOUT
It is so that your mind and body are one

thing.

They are completely inseparable when you

really look at it.

However, with the current state of the

world, and the way we can accumulate

learned behaviours, limiting beliefs and

perceptions, we can experience that our

mind and body are not as one and in direct

opposition to one another.

When this happens, it can cause conflict

within us, which can then be the seed that

grows into painful physical sensations and

emotional experiences.

This practice is intended to bring awareness

of dissonance between the conversation of

your mind and your body.

Through watching this conversation with a

more neutral perspective, we can allow

separate conversations of the mind and

body to be heard and harmonised until

oneness is restored once again.

Continue this practice until you no longer

experience your mind and body as separate

entities and you embody an ability to watch

over a body and mind that are working and

communicating in harmony.
HOW TO DO THIS ACTIVITY

2. Or, you can write the activity out in a

notebook.

3. Answer the questions in the worksheets from

each of the 3 different perspectives.

4. Allow your answers to flow on to the page,

without thinking what to write.

5. Reflect on the responses and allow them to

inform necessary changes, to support better

mind-body harmony.
