Online exam rules

Candidates who sign up for the Alibaba Cloud Online Certification Exam, please
carefully read these Online Exam Rules. We ask the candidates will abide by the
following rules and promise to take the test in good faith during the exam.

1. Please read the test notification email and this " ACA Online exam rules（Zoom）"
carefully. Candidates who had dialed into the Zoom on the mobile phone one hour
before the test can take the test.

2. Candidates are requested to download mobile Zoom at least one day before the
test starts. This exam will use a mobile video proctoring system. During the video, the
proctor and all candidates will be visible to each other in the video, but no video will
be recorded. The video will be closed immediately after the exam.

3. Please ensure that candidates are always in an independent, closed, and private
place during the exam. Other people are not allowed to be in the same testing space
as the test taker. Otherwise, Alibaba Cloud has the right to void a candidate from
taking the exam.

4. One hour before the test starts, candidates are requested to dial into the Zoom
video conference with their mobile phones according to the email instruction. Pay
attention to the examination instructions of the proctor. We will inform the
candidates of the exam link in the speech box and guide the registration. Please dial
into Zoom on time. If you fail to register due to being late, you will not be able to take
the exam.

5. One hour before the test starts, please complete the mobile phone camera
debugging according to the proctor sample diagram. Make sure the phone has
sufficient battery power and loud volume. The Zoom video conference is always on
during the test, and the video screen is consistent with the example picture. Actively
cooperate with supervision.

6. Before the test, please close all software and pages that may show popups or
prompts on the computer. Only the test pages should be opened and remain
maximized. Please ensure you have the latest version of Chrome or Firefox to take the
exam, Internet Explorer will not support this exam.

7. During the test, please make sure that the cursor is always in the answer area and
that you do not switch windows. Test takers will be warned when switching to other
windows, zooming out of the browser, or clicking on other applications. If a warning
is displayed, please rectify it immediately. If you are warned more than 3 times, you
will be disqualified for this exam.

8. During the test, please stay quiet, and keep your body within the view of the
camera. During the test, please don't change the camera angle or leave the testing
room. Ensure there is no examination-related information on the desktop or visible to
the phone camera. Excluding raising exam-related questions to the proctor, do not
use electronic communication equipment to answer telephone calls, send or receive
messages, or email. If the corresponding rules are violated, the test results may be
invalidated.

9. During the test, please ensure that the computer network link is stable. If the
network is not good, there may be situations in which the answers to the test
questions are not saved and test papers cannot be submitted.

10. All candidates are responsible for keeping the contents of Alibaba Cloud
certification exams confidential and promise not to keep or disclose the content of
the exam to anyone in private.
