July 3, 2019 dubbed as Career Guidance Week Celebration, Siocon National High School as an
implementing body of Department of Education is hereby set to participate in the said celebration
with a parade this July 26, 2019 as one of the mandated activities in the aforementioned
memorandum.

However, this undertaking also entails a call for security and safety which in this connection,
we would like to ask at least three police personnel from your esteemed office to maintain a secured
and safe parade for us.

In pursuant to the Unnumbered Zamboanga del Norte Schools Division Memorandum dated
July 3, 2019 dubbed as Career Guidance Week Celebration, our school is set to initiate a booth
making contest that would showcase items that feature possible careers related to a specific strand.
This will in return give the students, especially Grade 10, a concrete idea what the strand is all about
and help them decide what strand to take when they go to Senior High School.

However, booth making entails time to be accomplished, so relative to this, we are asking
permission from your esteemed office to allow us to use 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for booth making from
July 22 to 24 (Monday to Wednesday) and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in July 25 (Thursday).

We are highly hoping that this request would merit a positive response.

The main purpose of this activity is to provide Grade 10 to Grade 12 students an avenue to
explore available choices for their future careers and to prevent a mismatch between their chosen
professions and interests.
