DAILY ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT


School Enrolment S.Y. 2020-2021

 Tracking of students through Group Chat and different school clubs and class advisers
 Contacted the Barangay informing the enrolment procedure via messenger and handwritten letter
 Prepared text and design for enrolment posters, flyers and tarpaulin
 Assigned teacher to prepare lay out for enrolment tarpaulin, posters, flyers and video clips
 Printed out several copies of LESF
 Monitored teacher’s via messenger GC, text, video call
 Monitored the progress from Day 1 until this day( Day 2) and will continue to monitor for the next days of the
enrollment.
 Accepting responses of the online report by the advisers and focal person through Microsoft survey forms from
7:30 a.m. to 8:00 pm related to online enrolment
 Encouraging students and teachers and the faculty and staff to work as one in order to make the task easier and
faster by constantly monitoring their progress through chat, video call, and helping them in some of their queries
about the enrollment process
 29% or 10 out of 35 teachers joined/webinar and 85% or 30 out of 35 joined the teleconference or the virtual
meeting through zoom.
Below are the accomplishments for the day-2 of enrollment June 2, 2020

 Challenges encountered:
Difficulty in finding contact number of learners/parents
Signal interruption and poor internet signal
Reaching students in remote areas
Reach out at least 80% of students last year
Tracing contact numbers of students and parents
Some students have no contact number
Not all students have cellular phone.
Numbers given by parents during the previous homeroom PTA meetings are unattended.
 Intervention:
Making tracks of students through messaging, posting tarpaulin in the school
Contact and reaching out of students
Contact the students / parents via call and text
Creating group chats through messenger and so with students that have Facebook accounts and are
active users of the abovementioned social media platform
Encode first the available data of previous students
Teleconference with co teachers asking tips and advices and agreement of the enrollment procedure
Asking parents to inform their neighbors who would like to enroll their child/children to give the focal
person’s mobile digits so that they can be entertained. Asking them also to tell their experience in remote
enrollment and about the enrollment and its processes
Posting information publicly on the Facebook wall and posting tarpaulins in every barangay of Tubay II
District regarding the enrollment procedures.
