Cover Letter – Journal Submission (1/3)

22 July 2019

Dear Gino D’ Oca (Managing Editor)

Lucy Thompson (Assistant Editor)
We wish to submit an original research article entitled “Uncover the Learning Process
of Agile Software Development Using SSM-based Action Research” for consideration
by Palgrave Communications. We confirm that this work is original and has not been Originality & No double
published elsewhere, nor is it currently under consideration for publication submission
elsewhere.

In this paper, we report that many of the new users of Agile software development
framework were failing to implement it which impact to organisation performance. What is the issue?
Many authors had proposed to use adaptation framework to support the
implementation, but it does not clear to explain how the framework made. Hence,
the solution is still arguable and questionable, especially when dealing with the
learning process where the epistemological review is needed.

Cover Letter – Journal Submission (2/3)

We propose to use the Soft System based Action Research methodology to Proposed methodology
find a solution to the gap in Agile implementation. This is significant because
the problem that often occurs in Agile implementation is related to humans Why you choose this methodology
and to understand humans need insight into the real world through
epistemological learning. The results of this study will provide direction for
practitioners and academics who want to implement Agile so that they can
do better planning and avoid failure.

We believe that this manuscript is appropriate for publication by Palgrave Explain your paper meet journal
Communications because this study refers to the Palgrave Communications aims & scope
Aims and Scope, which contributes to the social sciences. This study explores
how the project’s team is interacting with each other’s during collaboration
and how the proposed framework supports the solution. Moreover, this
study is the first to provide the exploration of Agile implementation in the
corporation using the experience-based approach that contributes to Novelty
knowledge improvement and outcome. It also contributes to the scholarly
literature by presenting concepts that combine human-centric aspects and
knowledge management that can be applied to learning.

• Comments / Feedback / Criticism is a positive thing to improve the quality of the paper
• Improve your paper according to reviewer’s input and criticism from reviewers
• Not all comments from reviewers need to be followed up, respond politely and positively
and provide an explanation. You need to have strong argument if want to exclude.
• We never know, some editors interested on your paper but can’t accept in their Journal but
sent to their references (like my case).
• REMEMBER:
