Subject: Minutes of the meeting of Department of Geological Engineering held on 31 Oct 2016.

The meeting of the Department of Geological Engineering was held on Monday, 31 October 2016, in the
Faculty meeting room at 01:00 PM. The meeting was chaired by Engr. Imad Ali, Chairman Department of
Geological Engineering.
Following attended the meeting:-

The meeting was commenced with the recitation of Holy Quran Verses. The following agenda was
taken up:

Agenda Item: To discuss upcoming visit of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with faculty
members, expected in October 9,10,11, 2016.

Resolution: It was resolved by a discussion on various matters regarding Laboratory

equipments, course files, lab manual and reports.
For this purpose, the following tasks were assigned by the chairman to faculty
members for best performance of department during the visit of PEC.

Furthermore, all faculty members were directed to submit course files to Chairman Office and were also
directed to tags lab equipment names by concern lab in-charges.
The Lab. In-charges were informed to complete all tasks before Friday 4th November 2016.

In the end, the meeting ended with the vote of thanks to and from the chair.
