Questionnaire:

Tell me about yourself.

I have been in the naval industry for the past five years. My most recent experience
has been working how welder in a shipyard.
One reason I particularly enjoy this job, and the challenges that go along with it, is
the opportunity to connect with people. In my last job, I formed some significant
coworker relationships resulting in a good work team.

Why should we hire you or buy your product?

Because With my seven years of experience working how welder, I have saved
companies million of pesos by: My way to weld and quick learning style enable
me to solve problems in shipyard or a ship in contruction. My colleagues would
tell you I'm a team player who maintains a positive attitude and outlook. I have the
ability to stay focused in stressful situations and can be counted on when the going
gets tough. I'm confident I would be a great addition to your team.

What is your greatest strength?

I pride myself on my ability to resolve what could be difficult situations.
With five years of experience as a welder, I have learned to effectively understand
and resolve industry issues. On a related note, I also have strong communication
skills, which helps me work well with the coworkers.
What is your greatest weakness?
I feel that my greatest weakness is that I am very critical of my own work. I have
always prided myself on producing excellent and error-free work. While this is
beneficial to my job performance, it is possible to go to extremes.

Why do you want to work here?

Based on the research I've done, this company is an industry leader. When I
visited your Web site, I found some impressive information about future projects
you have planned. I was also impressed with the founders' backgrounds and the
current financial statements. This is the company I've been looking for, a place
where my background, experience and skills can be put to use and make things
happen.

Why did you leave your last job?

I had learned everything I could in that job so I decided to take a little time off and
focus on my next adventure.

What is your greatest accomplishment?

I have several notable accomplishments in my career.
Probably the most notable accomplishment was the construction of a war ship in
COTECMAR.
This was a 12-month project and I was one of 20 team members.
What made it notable for me was that my role expanded from being one of the
team members to taking the lead on building the mobile components of ship.
In the end, we delivered the ship on time and have received numerous accolades,
both internal and external.
Describe a difficult work situation and what you did to overcome it.

One morning we needed to install some moving parts but these were not
requested by us, so I had to figure out how to put them on a door. Where this was
not going to make more effort because they were not of the required quality. The
point is not to spend money unnecessarily

Where do you see yourself in five years?

In five year to see. To become an industrial engineer and the best welder in
Cartagena de Indias.

Do you have any questions for me?

Yes, sir, I have two questions.

1st one is where I need to improve myself?

And second is when will be the joining?
