REFORMS OF PLANNING PROCESS: INTEGRATION

1. A unified planning law (national, regional and local planning) (economic,


social and spatial).
2. A unified database (new base map, unified registry, zip codes, etc… ).
3. Electronic unified monitoring and evaluation system adopted by all
