It is very important that you register your tires with CIMS Tire Registration using either their online site, or using the provided
tire registration card. Registration with CIMS makes it possible for the tire manufacturer to contact you in the event of a tire
recall.

ONLINE TIRE REGISTRATION

Use the following link to get to the CIMS Tires-Easy Registration site:

The online registration site consists of three sections:

A. Customer Information
B. Tire Information
C. Retailer Information

B. Tire Information

1. In the Tire Brand section type in “Velocity” in the “If

Other” box.
2. Enter the DOT Tire Identification Number(s). The
Number(s) will be above the rim and preceded by
the letters “DOT”. See Figure 1, but there is also a
graphic at the bottom of the web page.
3. Enter the QUANTITY (number of tires)
NOTE
Tires can have the same DOT Tire Identification Number.
When this happens, you can enter 2 as the QUANTITY.
However, if they do have different numbers, you will
need to enter both Tire Identification Numbers, but with
a QUANTITY of 1.

C. Retailer Information

1. Enter the date you purchased your Bear Cat product in the “Date of Sale” section.
2. Enter the name and address of the dealer you purchased your Bear Cat product from.
3. Click on the “Submit Form” box.

If you wish you can use the supplied Tire Registration Card to register your tires. The card is addressed, but you will need
to apply postage.

There are five sections to be filled out on the registration card:

A. Your name and address.
B. The Tire Brand. In this case enter “Velocity”.
C. The date.
D. The Tire Identification Numbers. The Number(s) will be above the rim and preceded by the letters “DOT”. See
Figure 1.

NOTE
Tires can have the same DOT Tire Identification Number. When this happens, you can enter 2 as the QUANTITY.
However, if they do have different numbers, you will need to enter both Tire Identification Numbers, but with a
QUANTITY of 1.

E. The dealer’s name and address that you purchased your Bear Cat product from.
