I secured a BS level scholarship from Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan from semester one to semester
8. I also secured an MSc scholarship from Edisue Italy. Through this scholarship, I have achieved a
milestone as an MSc Petroleum Engineering which was a desire of a deprive family.

12. Academic Honors and Prizes.

At the bachelor level, I secured 3rd position at BS level. I also secured an athletic position in running as
well as badminton champion. At MSc level, I got scholarship from Politecnico Di Torino from Italian
government albite to that I achieved a diploma from Stanford University in Reservoir Geomechanics.

Natural resources play a pivotal role in human life. These resources are being utilized to enhance the
living standard of deprived people. In third world countries, it's an essential impact on changing the
mode of resources to acquire benefits and transfer them to the local community.

Ans: Owing to many challenges throughout a struggling process from a deprive and far furlong village of
Azad Kashmir to an international level, I realize one aspect of serving the nation this is the motto of life.
after completing my master's degree I came back to home town and deliver my knowledge to the local
community. The skills and knowledge from developed countries are essential by learning their study
procedures, the way they develop a technique and skill through practical work, I am passionate to reach
back and deliver my lectures at field sites and mainly I work for the universities where students can
easily learn the methods and techniques through my lectures and skills. I also enhance their abilities to
learn and challenge them for future life.

professional goals for the next five years, provide details about the academic and professional

Ans. Humphrey Fellowship is a learning opportunity for a person who belongs to a developed country. As
I have BS Geology and MSc Petroleum Engineering, the degrees are relevant to the energy sector, energy
sector where a country like Pakistan is in a dire need of professionals who realize and enhance the
country's economy. I committed to working for the next several years in the energy sector as well as the
professional field of energy where I can provide my work and expertise to create new minds and people
for making new ways of life for country progress. I require a new platform, which I learn from the
Humphery Fellowship program. The experience of working in America would be a plus point for a career
to turn the situations favorably for countries like Pakistan.

After acquiring a milestone and learning process from America I would interchange my thoughts and
knowledge to the community and deliver lectures at the university level which lately boost the minds of
the young generation and destitute people of society. It also affects positively the new students to learn
and explore the world in the future. This Fellowship also enhances the capacity of cultural exchange for
both countries which resulted in positive aspects. In the next five years, I am looking at my self as a
professional motivational speaker and educationist who guides the people positively and leads them
from the front. It's my keen desire to play a pivotal role for the people in all parts from the energy sector
to education, health, and increase their passion for success.

Ans. As I came back after graduated from Italy and reside in Pakistan for serving to deprive societies. I
served as a lecturer at University at Quetta which is the hardest area in Pakistan and unrest situation but
owing to all those factors I remained in University taught students, local societies and guided them in a
better way. I remained in contact with families to support them for education. I also remained a
Production Engineer in an oil and gas company where I contacted local people for solving their issues
because I remained throughout my professional career I stayed at a field site where people mainly have
deprived conditions and companies they dig wells, usually, they work for the local communities to
facilitate them with education and hospitals. I remained a bridge among company and local people
where I facilitate them with my most efforts such as provide them electricity, roads, water, and basic
necessities of daily routine life.

Describe a problem or challenging situation that you took initiative to resolve. What steps did you

public service.

Ans. Recently, our company faced a challenging problem while a oil well was shut due to heavy scale
were around the Coil Tubing units as results for whole five days we remained in stuck position and it was
costing the company thousands of dollars per day. I went to the site and suggest service company
employes that they can use Xylene and CO2. Although the tube was heavily burdened by heavy oil mixed
with sand, as used that recipe which resulted in a fair release of the tube. As consequences company
save million dollars. As a lecturer in the university, I remained in contact with local people, staff, and
students, and twice on my recommendations they have changed the structure of the subjects like
different course content and topics for students.

A most essential part of the work was to understand the local people in tribal areas like Baluchistan
where the existence of basic life does not prevail and mainly people remain in deprived condition. The
main point to motivate and change the behavior of local people towards education is one aspect. The
change of minds in those societies is not a simple task that requires courage, skill, passion, and
motivation in a positive direction. I achieved that milestone by motivating students in different parts of
the area.
