Manufacturing and Factory Automation Engineer
- Implement robust solutions to maintain a high level of efficiency, safety and quality on multiple extended
assembly lines with short cycle times. Respond with urgency and effectiveness to real-time, immediate
production and operations issues where minutes of lost time equates to thousands of dollars of added costs.
- Used Excel and line balancing modeling tools to analyze production data and workflow to cut labor costs by
over $200,000 in Q4 of FY19.
- Lead and coordinate shop floor production team and support departments to complete various capital
improvement projects and keep on production schedule.
- Advised on and managed the departments capital improvement budget. Ensured potential assets could have
significant ROI within the first year of implementation.
