The purpose of this letter is to confirm, based on our conversation on [date], that RUBY BEAR LEGAL SERVICES LLC
will represent you in [describe matter].

We will provide the following services:

 Filling of all court documents
 Scheduling all court dates
 All legal analysis required to argue your case
 Communication as required by law with opposing council
 Communication with you concerning your case on a regular basis
 Keeping secured electronic records of all documents and evidence in association with your case
 Litigation in court if your case goes to trial
 A detailed log of all expenses monthly of the work being done on your case

Attached for your use is information on our billing and reporting procedures. Our fee is $550 per hour for services
performed by lawyers of this firm and $75 per hour for services performed by our non-lawyer staff. You will also
be billed for expenses incurred on your behalf. A retainer of $7,000 that will be placed in a legal trust will be
required before the attorney will begin work on your case. This retainer is to account for the first 10 hours of work
performed by the attorney and 20 hours of time performed by non-lawyer staff. Any funds not used in resolution
of your case will be returned to you after the matter has been resolved. Any expenses beyond your retainer will be
billed to you monthly and will require payment in full within 30 days of notification or the attorney with pause all
further work on your case until payment is made. If you fail to make payment in full 180 days after notification of
required payment you agree to the termination of further legal representation from RUBY BEAR LEGAL SERVICES
LLC.

Our expectations of you are:

 Punctual attendance to all meetings and court dates
 You will provide all documents required to litigate your case
 You will be truthful and forthcoming with any and all information concerning your case to the attorney at
all times.
 You will make all payments concerning fees as discussed with the attorney on time and in full.

This firm has not been engaged to provide the following services: This office will not represent you in any matter
not herein this agreement unless and until, both you and the attorney execute in a written agreement for

While it is impossible to predict how long it will take to conclude this matter, a general time frame is provided
below. Again, this is only an estimate, and the actual time required to conclude this matter may be greater than
expected. An estimated realistic worst case scenario in resolution of cases like yours can take anywhere from 12-
36 months for full resolution.
