 Complete and latest CV of employee

 Medical reports
 Work permits
 Employment related letters

4th week: Management Performances


 Objectives of performance review
 Performance review procedures
 Performance review schedules
 Performance Development meetings
5th week: Training and Development
 Training based on skill gap, Appraisal feedback and suggestion
 Co-coordinating external and internal programs
 Maintaining training records
 Analysis of raining feedback

6th week: Performance appraisal


 Prepare appraisal letters

7th week: Relation with Employees


 Having formal and informal counseling with employees
 Working on recreational activities to motivate employees
 Processing letters on employee request

8th week: Collecting Reports


 Generating attendance and leave reports
 Weekly and monthly recruitment report
 Salary detail reports to accounts department
 Training evaluation/ manpower evaluation report
 Report as per the management request

9th week: Exit Formalities


 Administering exit paper work
 Conducting exit questionnaire
 Preparing exiting interview summary
 Processing file to account department for account settlement
