ACTIVITIES

1. From chapter 5, 6, and 7 from the literature book “The Phantom of the Opera” present a summary
in English explaining the chapters in one page each, handwritten. (THIS ACTIVITY IS NOT A
TRANSCRIPTION FROM THE TEXT, ON THE CONTRARY, IS THE IDEA THAT YOU MADE OF IT.

2. Prepare an oral intervention to talk to your teacher about any of the chapter 5, 6 or 7

3. In a set of 10 images do a presentation in a different 11th grade class about one of the chapters
reading, you can select chapters from 1 to 6. (Remember that for this exercise you are not
allowed to read at any time)

4. Submit your reading book “The Phantom of the Opera” chapters 5 and 6, with the highlighted
unknowing words =100 for each chapter, equals 200 in total, then, make a glossary in your
notebook with the translation of them. (This vocabulary must be numbered in the book as in the
notebook) 1

5. Read the short essays about “HOW TO BE A GOOD CITIZEN”, (page 49. English please 3) select for
each line 3 words that you do not understand and write a glossary, in total 63 words.

6. Write a short essay about HOW TO BE A GOOD CITIZEN”, following the examples that you read
and of course with your own points of view. (prepare oral defending)

Remember to submit your leveled work in a well organized document (folder) and be ready to
defend it
