BÜCOLIT® V590 G
Coating on the basis of a Novolac Vinyl ester resin TM 021 / 140601

Application area
Spray coating for procedural apparatuses such as storage and process tanks also for concentrated acids and
bases. Spray systems can demonstrate their advantages mainly on large areas with simple geometries.
®
BÜCOLIT V590 G was developed for application in flue gas cleaning plants in power stations and garbage
incineration plants, particularly for the use in ducts.

System characteristics Application range

 Very good chemical resistance  Steel chimneys
 High temperature- and heat deformation resistance  Process tanks
 Very good diffusion resistance  Storage tanks
 Simple and economic coating of large areas  Flue gas ducts

Suitable surfaces / surface preparation

BÜCOLIT V590G is suitable for coating of steel (also special steels). The surfaces must be subject to the
requirements of DIN 14879. The areas have to show a standard purity of min. SA 2 ½ in accordance with DIN
EN ISO 12944, part 4, and a roughness RZ of 50-70 µm (DIN EN ISO 8503-2).
