apartments for IT & BT professionals in bangalore. Our projects mainly
concentrate on budget homes. Which is affordable and with the best
amenities. We are presently doing a project at arekere , bannerghatta road
which are attractively priced at 21 lakhs onwards, close to IIM Bangalore
with successful completion of over 1,50,000 sft of residential complexes.

Mr.B.R. Rajanna gowda having about 25 years of vast experience in real

estate. Some of the real estate projects completed by him are formation of
residential sites at Madivala, btm layout 1st stage of 80 plots ,N.S playa,
BTM layout 2nd stage of about 100 plots, BTM layout 3rd stage of about 35
plots and a mega project at Begur village of about 500 plots have been
developed successfully. he has ventured into residential complex/
apartments for IT & BT professionals in
bangalore. With a very vast experience in real
estate market, he started M/s. NIRANJAN
DEVELOPERS a new firm during November
2003.the maiden project , “Amara Canopy”
