Designation : District Sales Organizer

Job Purpose

The job purpose is to plan and carry out marketing and sales activities, so as
to maintain and develop sales of engine spare parts through a channel
consisting of eleven direct distributors and around 100 retailers across 20
districts of Haryana.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


1. Planning depot requirements on a monthly basis.
2. Distribution and promotion through Name boards, wall paintings,
stickers etc.
3. Market research and analysis of the competitor brands.
4. Planning marketing mix of new products
5. Working on strategies to increase sales in conjunction with the
distributors.
6. Managing marketing activities like retailer meetings and van
campaigns.
7. Evaluation & appointing new distributors and retailers.
8. Motivating the retailers, mechanics.
9. Doing Sales Pitching by client analysis.
10. Handling a team of two people, imparting product knowledge &
training.

Achievements

 Over-achieved all the monthly targets in the first and third quarter of
year 2009.
 Achieved a 100% growth rate in 2nd quarter, 2010 over same quarter in
the previous year.
