[X] NO LRL Counselor name: N/A Date/Time notified: N/A On 07/13/20 at approximately 2000 hours, Officer Matthews #6283 responded to [> Reisterstown, Maryland 21136 in reference to a domestic assault. Upon arrival, this officer met with Victim Danny Fluker who advised he was struck in the nose with a closed fist by his girlfriend, Suspect Kimberly Davis. He stated they were in a verbal argument over events on social media and the suspect became aggressive towards him. He further stated this was not the first time she had assaulted him over the course of their relationship. This officer observed dried blood coming from his nose: Photographs were not taken of this injury. This officer met with Witness Jacob Rice, a close family friend of both the suspect and victim, and he resides at the same residence. Witness Rice advised that he observed the suspect strike Victim Fluker in the nose during a heated argument. Witness Rice provided a written statement of the incident. Suspect Davis stated she became angry and upset after Victim Rice expressed that she was a bad mother to their child, Kasrielle Fluker. She further advised that she did not intentionally strike him with the intention to cause harm or injury. She stated that her fingernails could have accidently scratched his nose which caused his nose to bleed. It should be noted; that the above parties have resided together for three years and they have one child in common. CC#: 20-195-1863 Suspect: Davis, Kimberly Denise @ On July 15, 2020 @ 1038 hours, a home-visit was conducted, and contact was made with Danny Fluker at their residence in reference to this report. A Domestic Violence Advocate from Northwest Hospital's DOVE Program was present while follow-up was conducted. Action taken: Officer and Domestic Violence Advocate spoke with Danny Fluker. Safety planning and domestic violence counseling were discussed with Danny Fluker. Danny Fluker was given a domestic violence safety packet. Danny Fluker advised to contact Officer and/or Advocate if additional assistance needed. = BWC was not utilized during follow-up as no additional criminal information was obtained. ‘Additional Information: Danny Fluker advised there was a previous domestic abuse involving Kimberly Davis that he did not file a police report for. Danny Fluker advised that he had to check with his employer's advisor first, then he would contact Officer Kelly to file the police report. Officer Kelly checked the Maryland Judiciary Secured Case Search and it showed that Danny Fluker did file criminal charges against Kimberly Davis for Assault 2” Degree and Destruction of Property (District Court Case#: D-08-CR-20- 005069) in which a criminal summons was issued with a scheduled court date of 11/25/2020. The charges were filed ‘on 07/14/2020 in which Danny Fluker indicated the offense occurred on June 29, 2020. BALTIMORE COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT Incident Supplement Report tm 2 2 srt Fama. A check was completed through police databases and court records for prior domestic related occurrences which revealed: No previous domestic related reports, A redacted copy of this report was forwarded to Northwest Hospital's DOVE Program for additional follow-up and possible domestic counseling or other related services.
