18 If indeed the flu injection are undermining the immune system by about 36% then we have a
19 major crisis on our hands. In particular where the “vulnerable” persons may be forced to be
20 immunised in hospital, age care homes, etc, as to bring on their early deaths, contrary to their
21 objections. It may perhaps also explain why the Governments are so hell bend on having people
22 immunised with the flu vaccination that includes one or more coronaviruses. Are they having a
23 financial support/kick back from drug companies to promote it all? Over the years numerous
24 scientist have come forwards that they were so to say fiddling the books because they were
25 required to do so to hide the real date of harm inflicted upon people.
26 Let us not ignore the cost to society to have many children become permanently disabled after a
27 flu vaccination, and this besides that suffering of the children and their families.

29 The issue of Medical statements and claims:
30 As a Professional Advocate (now retired) I often came across EXPERT witnesses who during
31 cross-examination would clarify their evidence to that it really was different than what was
32 stated in their filed Affidavits. In the Colosimo case, I was requested to take over from the
33 barrister with an Appeal against Orders of Administration and I did so successfully exposing that
34 the doctors who had provided their medical assessments had in fact been misled by the solicitor
35 of the Office of the Public Advocate that Mr Colosimo refused to accept that he was
36 CONVICTED for CONTEMPT OF COURT by her Honour Harbison J and as such was unable
37 to deal with the administration of his own estate. More than a year later, the appeal succeeded as
38 I when appearing before her Honour Harbison had Her Honour admitting that she at no time had
39 convicted Mr Colosimo regarding CONTEMPT OF COURT.
40 Her Honour Harbison J also upon my submission permanently stayed the CONTEMPT OF
41 COURT PROCEEDINGS (And only Mr Colosimo could request it to be re-instated) as I
42 objected and Her Honour agreed in her judgment that once a CONTEMPT OF COURT
43 application is filed it no longer can be withdrawn as it become the property of the court.

2 I am not seeking to question any SPECIALIST being it medicine or science that they may not
3 genuine belief that their rhetoric about the disease is not what they honestly belief, however, this
4 doesn’t make it being correct in FACTS.
5 Courts are on record to at time reject the evidence of a EXPERT witness and also have made
6 clear that the EXPERT witness was no more but to parrot the defendants claims contrary to the
7 FACTUAL evidence before the court.

9 Some of the factual evidence.

11  There has been and still is going on a wide spread disease that has caused/contributed to
12 the deaths of many.

14  There is still no reliable testing system as not uncommon persons held first to be positive
15 and subsequently after that to be negative afterwards were found to be positive again.

17  Clusters of the disease are generally known to be in areas where 5G is operating. Similar
18 it was with the 1918 Spanish Flu when electronic communication commenced,
19
20  A Navy ship that already for weeks was away from any land nevertheless had sailors
21 becoming ill with a disease.

23  Reportedly persons admitted with the decease have symptoms not at all in regard of what
24 is claimed by others to be the disease and ventilators are found to be at times harmful to
25 be used in the manner they are programmed.

27  Dr Andrew Kaufman (USA) claims that the so-called COVID-19 really is “Exosomes”
28 that is within the human body. As such, any test that were to establish the existence of
29 “Exosomes” would do no more but indicate this being in a body and not at all establish
30 the person suffers of a specific disease.

32  While governments claim to protect the “vulnerable” persons such as the elderly, there
33 appears to have actually been no specific system in place to for example provide
34 emergency food parcels for those deemed or possibly infected and so a person who
35 requires to “isolate” first needs to go shopping in a supermarket to obtain food supply for
36 the 14 days or so “isolation” is required. As such, placing the “vulnerable” persons at risk
37 doing so.

39  There has been no emergency supplies for the “vulnerable” to be and remain “isolated”
40 and as such forces the elderly and other “vulnerable” persons to go out into shopping
41 centres to purchase food, etc.

43  Constitutionally Mr Greg Hunt Minister for Health is ultimately the “responsible”
44 Minister regarding QUARANTINE issues. I am not aware he implemented any regime
45 how to deal with passengers and crew of the Ruby Princess and ensure that they were
46 “isolated” when leaving the ship. The same with any other ship (cruise ship or
47 otherwise).

49  Children in various countries now are showing symptoms that are deemed so to say
50 strange to what this current disease is supposed to be and this question if this disease is

1 really what it is claimed to be where already a NYC doctor made those claims months
2 ago regarding adult patients admitted to ICU.

4  While State Government may be able to declare Emergencies this however must not and
5 cannot trump constitutional rights. Even (USA) Attorney-General Bill Barr is on record
6 that one cannot override constitutional rights. While State Government can restrict any
7 person who is held to be infected with a special disease it cannot and must not be deemed
8 to override the constitutional rights of health persons.

10  The Federal Government having constitutional powers to deal with QUARANTINE,
11 aliens, ports, etc, can in fact place in QUARANTINE any person falling within one or
12 more of those categories (to protect the health and wellbeing of the “general
13 community”) but this exclude it to make general LOCKDOWN orders against the
14 “general community”.

16  The Commonwealth cannot pay employers an alleged $1,500 a fortnight to keep staff
17 working this as its powers are limited to “unemployment” benefits, and people employed
18 clearly cannot be deemed to fall within this category.

20  The States allegedly having referred Industrial powers to the Commonwealth (I state
21 allegedly as I view this never was approved by state electors as is required by State
22 referendum due to the separation of powers States cannot by this alleged reference of
23 industrial powers reduce the State Supreme Court judicial powers.) and as such would
24 have no legal position to interfere with any person to conduct employment rights, or for
25 that a business to conduct its business, unless because of health issues there is a specific
26 justified legal ground, such as for example a business violating local health requirements.

28  The States are created within s106 of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act
29 1900 (UK) and as such are “subject to this constitution” and bound by the legal
30 principles embedded in it.

32  While various States have now put in place certain border conditions, pending if one is a
33 state resident or not, these border conditions for so far they discriminate against a person
34 based on their state of residence are a violation of the constitution. (s117).

36  The Commonwealth other than for specific legislation such as within ss51(xxvi)
37 regarding a specific race (But so to deal with all persons of that race, not merely some of
38 them) QUARANTINE issues, etc, must provide any other legal provisions in a
39 ‘UNIFORM” manner. Regardless of any treaty with New Zealand it must act in a
40 “UNIFORM” manner regarding “aliens” entering the Commonwealth of Australia.

42  The Victorian Government now request people to even have a check for COVID-19 even
43 if they have a cold, etc, which may underline that the Victorian Government makes it
44 clear that it simply doesn’t know if a person has merely a flu or has any other disease.
45 The standard of testing for COVID-19 is therefore not at all the same in each and every
46 State/Territory.

48  With an increase of population then State Governments should ensure that medical
49 services are progressively also increased to remain the same if not better service per
50 100,000 persons.

2  Asymptomatic “aliens” could enter the Commonwealth of Australia and spreading the
3 disease while healthy Australians are denied to work.

5  The current flu vaccination appears to include “coronavirus” and “N1H1”. How
6 then can any LOCKDOWN and “social distancing” be useful if persons are injected
7 with the “corona virus” already?

9  Various Governments in Australia are claiming (such as in Victoria) that restrictions may
10 be left in place until a vaccine is available. However as I understand it no vaccine exist
11 against various former diseases. As such, this may be a gross violation of persons
12 constitutional rights crippling society without ever there being any solution when no
13 vaccine can be eventuating.

15  Despite reports/claims that more than 250,000 people died because of COVID-19 there
16 are reports that some major hospitals have no COVID-19 patients at all. There appears to
17 be a gross contradiction in this.

19  Reportedly mask supplied by China to some European countries reportedly were having
20 COVID-19 CONTAMINATION.

22  Reportedly instruments used to deal with patients were supplied by China in a defective
23 manner.

25  USA New York Governor Cuomo claimed that 400 ventilators were not enough as he
26 need 30,000 ventilators. Realistically this means that he also needs 30,000 trained
27 persons to deal with those ventilators and to those persons being able to competently
28 program a ventilator to the needs of a particular patient. It is unrealistic to expect that a
29 person can be trained as such merely within a few minutes or even hours. The same
30 applies for the Commonwealth of Australia including NSW that if there is insufficient
31 training for staff to appropriately program a ventilator to the needs of a particular patient
32 and sufficient staff for each and every ventilator in use then the usage of ventilators may
33 rather cause/contribute to the death of a patient.

35  There appears to be no proper arrangements to have a so to say visitors room where a
36 person held in a nursing home or hospital, etc, can have one or more visitors where
37 however the room is divided by a see through panel that void person to person
38 contamination, such as is facilitated for visitors in (Victoria) Ravenhall Prison for
39 visitors. As such, the separation of those residing in nursing homes and or held in specific
40 centres/hospital unduly undermined their health and wellbeing due to tress and other
41 factors which in itself can be sufficient to cause/contribute to the death of a person.

43  No death certificate should refer to COVID-19 where it has not been established
44 appropriately that indeed it was the cause of death. As such an autopsy should be done by
45 so to say a team of specialist that will randomly select which deceased body is to be
46 checked for being an actual COVID-19 death, if at all.

48  The purported “COVIDSafe app” cannot in any way or form serve any purpose when
49 downloaded onto a mobile which remains constantly on one place, such as at the bedside
50 of an elderly person, where no one with a mobile has access to.

1  No special payments should be made to any hospital/medical facility, etc, for merely
2 declaring a person died of COVID-19 as then the death records are totally unreliable.

4  It has been reported that a nurse attended to his place of work and 5 others while
5 asymptomatic and caused the spread of the disease. This underlines that there appears to
6 be a gross lack of proper testing to establish if a person working with “vulnerable”
7 persons is or is not infected.

9  In The Netherlands it was reported that faeces could contain evidence that a person was
10 infected, some 3 days before the person was even showing any symptoms. As such, the
11 lack of testing in that regard, as is done regarding prostate cancer, may underline that
12 governments have applied LOCKDOWNS rather than proper management as to how to
13 deal with a disease and combat the spread by those actually infected. In particular in
14 abattoirs and meat processing plants an infected person may very well cause a huge
15 spread by infecting the meat that person is dealing with.

17  The various Australian Governments and Heart Foundation are urging people to have a
18 flu vaccination, this even so medical reports are that people with flu are more vulnerable
19 with COVID-19. This just underlines the danger when conflicting reports are made
20 without anyone in the medical profession clarify matters. As such, those who were
21 immunised with a flu vaccination may very well have succumbed to this disease called
22 COVID-19. Yet we now have the PM Scott Morrison supporting the ban on sports people
23 to be banned if they do not have a flu injection.

30  It was all along my view that constitutionally one cannot force anyone to have a flu
31 vaccination. Even so all my children were vaccinated it never leaves my mind that my
32 first born nearly died because of vaccinations. If it can be established how many of the
33 Ruby Princess passengers and crew were vaccinated against the flu and how many of
34 them died versus those who were not vaccinated one might perhaps get a better
35 understanding about what, if any part a flu vaccination may have to weaken the immune
36 system and by this allows a disease to cause harm to that person.

38  Within the constitutional provisions of ACQUISITION, the Commonwealth is to
39 compensate, even with adverse acquisition and hence the State/Territories being “subject
40 to this constitution” likewise must provide appropriate compensation to those it caused
41 hardship and/or even business failures by any LOCKDOWN.
42 Now (considering my elaborate and yet limited writings) is it in the hands of the Independent
43 Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission as to alert police that is shouldn’t enforce any
44 unconstitutional LOCKDOWN government demands.

2  The lack of proper arrangements for the “vulnerable” person to be able to get appropriate
3 medical care and even prescriptions for weeks on end, etc, may also underlines that there
4 is a lack of proper “leadership”, which can directly/indirectly cause/contribute to the loss
5 of life in a different manner then the disease itself.

7  I below include an email received on 7-5-2020 which indicates that on 21 January 2020
8 (Scientist Shi Zhengli reportedly developed the coronavirus at the Wuhan Institute of
9 Virology, Wuhan P4 LAB (filed a Chinese Patent on 21 January 2020, Use of Anti-2019 Novel
10 Coronavirus)) a Patent was applied for. As such, to be able to obtain a Patent it cannot be a
11 natural virus but needs to be a “man-made” virus. While the email doesn’t refer to 5G
12 nevertheless it should be considered if this also has reference to weaken the immune
13 system to enable the virus to cause the harm. It also means that likely many years were
14 involved in creating this “virus” called COVID-19, and as such, it may have been
15 experimented with in the past to see how people might have reacted at that time to
16 possibly improve it lethal affect. One also has to consider the fact that the Chinese
17 Government within about 7 days build a special hospital and then in 10 days build
18 another hospital. This may indicate that the Chinese Government was all along aware of
19 there being a deadly disease going on. This also as to plan and pre-fabricate what is
20 needed to build hospitals surely can take a considerable time involving engineers to work
21 out details as well as design the hospitals and have all contractors and material needed
22 available. One doesn’t just overnight draft such elaborate plans.

24  Also, I for some years have as a Constitutionalist made clear that the Victorian
25 Government selling/leasing the Port would be violating Section 92 of the Constitution in
26 that the Framers of the Constitution made clear that other then ordinary harbor trust
27 expenses that can be charged for a State cannot use port facilities to make a profit as this
28 would be as like a tax. As such, where reportedly the Victorian Government was paid
29 about $9 billion and used this for other project nothing to do itself with harbor Trust
30 improvements then this clearly violated S92 because it was an added cost to the entity
31 purchasing/leasing the rights to operate the port facilities that this entity has to get back
32 from the users. By this also the Victorian Government violated the constitution as Ports
33 are under the control of the Commonwealth within Section 100, as the Framers of the
34 Constitution made clear. Further, it undermines National Security where “aliens” control
35 our ports and can use this for undermining the stability of National Security. (Further
36 extensive past publication by me can be provided if the Special Commissioner desires to
37 consider it).

39  It also must be noted that the email of 7-5-2020 reproduced below also indicates
40 involvement by Australian scientist, albeit to what extent that is not for me to establish,
41 but ought to be considered if the disease referred to as COVID-19 might have been a test
42 run and so perhaps deliberately released to test a perhaps pre-planned larger release.

44 While some of the above points, and there are plenty more, may be deemed not to be relevant to
45 the Ruby Princess investigations they in my view are because one cannot deal with an
46 inquiry/investigation of not understanding/comprehending the totality of matters. (For example
47 how many of the Ruby Princess death, if any, resulted after a person was placed on a ventilator
48 but the ventilator not programmed specifically to the needs of the person then caused the death
49 by providing too much pressure on the lungs, etc.) After all, citizens will form their own views
50 and if any inquiry/investigation fails to properly reflect the overall understanding by the general
51 community then citizens may just not place any value on any conclusions, and may simply act in

23 In November 2015 her paper discussed a self-replicating Chimeric virus (Containing genes from
24 different origins) that had the SARS virus as the framework with the ‘S’ protein replaced by the
25 one they found in a Bat coronavirus she had mentioned in her 2013 paper. That shows China
26 has had Covid-19 in their laboratories for seven years.
27 This new virus demonstrated a powerful ability for cross species infection. The mice infected with
28 the synthetic virus revealed severe lung damage with no cure. They then experimented on
29 primates and ACE-2 receptors. She found the direct human infection of SARS like viruses to
30 humans without the need for intermediate host.

35 protein of HIV, that acts as a key to infecting human bodies resulting in the functional failure of

18 Wuhan P4 Lab was not an ordinary research lab but a military biochemicals one of the highest
19 levels, with design assistance from the French government. Once Chinese had the plans, they
20 contentiously switched construction to a Chinese company controlled by the Chinese military.
21 French Officials believe it was being used for biochemical weapons research and NOT medical

29 Zero Hedge reports: That the virus involved in the current coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan, China
30 was stolen from Canada's National Microbiology Laboratory (NML) in Winnipeg by Chinese
31 agents. July 2019, Dr. Xiangguo Qiu, an advanced scientist who was the head of the Vaccine
32 Development and Antiviral Therapies Section at NML was forcibly ejected from the facility, along
33 with her husband, Dr. Keding Cheng another biologist.

29 BAT Specialist, Scientist Shi Zhengli (the author of 4 papers on Bat virus) spent three months in

32 Lyssavirus (a form of rabies).

22 such, it seems to me that those so called “leaders” are no leaders at all but for whatever personal
23 benefit are willing to “screw” the nation. This also underlines why any business that makes any
24 political donation should be barred from being able to have any kind of contract for at least 10
25 years. This, so the so called “leaders” are not acting because of those who provided political
26 donations. Many corporations are as I understand it making donations to the various political
27 parties and this may underline their donations are to be more of a kind of bribery that regardless
28 who gets into power they can benefit as some pay back in kind.
29 As my 2-5-2020 correspondence to PM Scott Morrison sets out that despite the claims of so
30 many deaths like in the USA the hospitals somehow seems to be deserted. So where are all those
31 claimed patients? How on earth can anyone accept that doctors and nurses are doing dancing in
32 and outside hospitals with 20 or more of them if the hospitals were so overwhelmed with
33 patients? How hygienic is it to have doctors and nurses dancing with what is allegedly a corpse
34 inside a hospital? Indeed how insensitive to the deceased relatives.
35 What about the images shown that medical staff are outside ta medical centre mainly without
36 mask, without distancing and laughing, etc, supported by the Fire Brigade blocking through
37 traffic. That doesn’t appear to be some disaster event but rather a blatant show of deception,
38 about some claimed disaster where the opposite might be reality.
39 It is perhaps a forerun using the claimed COVID-19 issue as an excuse as to later pursue it
40 further, under the excuse that people are willing to accept being denied their constitutional rights
41 for the sake of protecting others. This while to my understanding the entire LOCKDOWN, etc,
42 actually is achieving the opposite. As I mentioned above my wife is a clear example that even
43 about 3 weeks later she still has not received the prescriptions of 3 medications. Oh, I get it,
44 Australian Post is too busy to deal with parcels and so letting the “vulnerable” left at risk, even to
45 die, obviously is not that important for Australian Post or for that politicians.

47 police to terrorize citizens in violation of their constitutional rights is not “leadership” to the

54 The cause of Kawasaki disease is not known, although some research papers have linked its trigger to viral
55 infection. It was first diagnosed in Japanese children in the 1960s and does not appear to be either contagious

2 The New York City health department ordered paediatricians whose patients have a fever for four days or
3 more, symptoms consistent with Kawasaki disease or symptoms similar to toxic shock syndrome to report
4 the cases immediately, for all patients younger than 15. The health department also urged paediatricians to
5 refer patients to infectious disease specialists or rheumatologists.
6 It remains unclear what connection the disease might have to Sars-Cov-2, the coronavirus which causes
7 Covid-19, and has hit New York City particularly hard. All 15 of the children were tested for Covid-19. Ten
8 were negative.
9 However, since the pandemic, doctors have noted patients with Kawasaki disease who also have Covid-19.
10 The earliest known case involved a six-month-old in California, who came to the hospital with symptoms of
11 Kawasaki disease and was also diagnosed with Covid-19. The case report was peer-reviewed and is expected
12 to be published in the journal Hospital Pediatrics.

15 I am bombarded by emails and video’s from people who are aware I have a genuine interest in
16 the issues but many doctors/scientist may not put themselves out to do all this research.
17 Obviously if “Kawasaki” might be related to COVID-19 then this is an important issue. The
18 question obviously is if there is an internet portal where doctors/scientist can log in to get the
19 latest updates in that regard. In my view it is essential that this kind of portal exist.

21 A specialist gave me the understanding that more than likely 2 or 3 years from now they might
22 discover what really the disease was about and then by hindsight might discover what errors
23 were made to deal with the disease. And this obviously is of concern as while obviously it takes
24 time to be aware to the extent of issues relating to a disease, the lack of having a competent
25 leadership accelerate those problems. What we have is reports that governments like to clamp
26 down on ordinary citizens publishing their views about it all. As such only the mantra by the
27 government would be permissible. Never mind that it may take years to get it right. And to me
28 this is a very serious issue. After all our constitution was in part based upon the USA constitution
29 and its than 14 amendments and FREEDOM OF SPEECH is a legal principle embedded in our
30 constitution. The same with freedom of religious practices and secular conduct provided they do
31 not clash with criminal provisions. To argue that only the government is right about matters may
32 be underline how grotesque it is where the “responsible “ Minister was MISSING IN ACTION.
33 If the Minister was really so competent then we wouldn’t now have a Ruby Princess special
34 commission investigating matters.

36 The mere fact that they (governments) are recommending flu vaccinations in the circumstances
37 now prevailing means they rather are likely placing people’s lives at risk by such
38 recommendations. After all, when a person has a flu vaccination the immune system is to deal
39 with this invasion and as such may not be as strong to deal with another disease called COVID-
