STEELEX offer for sale a used Ten Wheel Roller Conveyor Type Automatic Blasting Machine

Built for steel fabricators, oil and gas construction

companies, 2D/3D pipe spool fabricators, PEB
manufacturer's, shipyards and OEM’s blasting larger
sized steel fabrications.

Built in 2016 and used for only 3000 blasting hours

since installation, the machine has been maintained
by Steelex from commissioning to date. The machine
is supplied complete with a good stock of blast wheel
spare parts and abrasive.

All spare parts, service and technical support is

available from Steelex.

Inlet Conveyor : 37.3m Long, all driven with 5.9m recovery hopper and spot blast area
Cross Transfers : 3 Legs with 9m storage, pneumatic lift and carry type
Outlet Conveyor : 49.8m Long, all driven with 4.0 recovery hopper
Conveyor Load : 2500 KG per linear metre
Dust Extractor : 20000 CFM (566 m3/min) with emissions below 150 mg/nm3

The conveyor layout, spot blast position, cross transfer position can be modified as required.
