Subject: Approval for training

Mr. J. Roberts,

It is to inform you that as management decided to purchase a new manufacturing system for installation in
our plant. As this technology is new for us and we required a team of 16 peoples they work continuously
in three shifts. Each team will be four members and four teams. The equipment will purchase the
purchasing team. We select our most experienced persons who took advanced training from Germany to
operate that equipment. After getting training from Germany the trained workers will perform as
supervisors and supervise the team for installing the equipment. This training will be for three weeks after
the training these workers will train the remaining group members as well.

The main objective or prime purpose of that training is to train our workers with lesser cost as well as
optimization of experience skills of our workers which helps us in future correspondences to our
organization. This will also help us to minimization the rejection rate and improve the accuracy of work
and improve the productivity of workers as well. First of all, the grouping of supervising and training
accountabilities is so for enough to achieve our goal for a long period of time. There are some
intelligences to fill out conferences to appear the work schedules packaging and documentation to draw
up and may other managerial obligations upstairs and afar the training. Second, the carnal draft of the
equipment is such that one individual cannot retain a trail of what is profitable at both ends and in the
internal appropriately well to certify proper operator function. Third, the operative preparation is so
composite that operatives will need additional courtesy concurrently than one person can easily deliver.

It is so much important for us to train our workers for smooth and efficient work as well as the productive
output of our work and also improvement in worker's efficiency. The cost of all the activity is not too
much because all the benefits in our favor as trained the associates. The rejection cost per day is $3900
per day as 6 days production the cost will be $23400 that is too much. So, it is requested you that please
approve our plan as well as allow us the budget of all the cost which we bear in this regard. As soon as we
will train our associates the benefit for that is a long time and fruitful for future tasks as well.
