The present estimate of the petitioners’s intelelectual functioning is gauged along

the average ange.

Analysis of data shows a woman who identifies wit hher age group and sex role.
She likes responsible people. She dislikes negligent, abusive , suspicious and
deceitful people

She is a simple woman with simple dreams of having a peaceful and happy life with
her loved ones. Her goal is to give her loved ones especially her son a better life.
She feels liberated and relieved for having accepted that her marriage with albert is
a fualiure. She endeavors to continue supporting the people who never tire of loving
and supporting the people who never tire of loving and supporting her in times of
happiness and struggles. She is happy and relieved to have summoned up the
courage to stand by her decision to seek annulment of her marriage to Albert. She
does not have angry feelings for albert and has forgiven him for his ill behaviors.
She just looks forward to getting her well-deserved chance to start over, regain her
self-worth and self-esteem

Are these psychological evaluations consistent with the factual narration of

petitioner’s marital history?

Yes, they are consistenty with the narration of the petitioner’s marital history. The
qualities that I observed in her did not deviate from the same qualities that could be
derived from the circumstances and situations she alleged and narrated as she
described the kind of marital life she suffered from respondent. In sum, petitioner’s
narration was credible and truthful.

Q in so far as respondent is concerned, what were your evaluatinsor assessment?

Athe data gatherexd from the petitioner shows that respondent has narcissistic
personality disorder with borderline personality features as manifested by
the following:

1. Albert engages in potentially self-damaging acts. He is a drinking and

womanizing addict. He is an alcoholic who drinks excessively with his friends
and kin even during financial hardships. He maintains illicit affairs although
he does not have money, time and energy to spend on/with his family as is.
He prioritizes his vices despite the problems they caused in his marriage,
finances, and exaggerated problematic behaviors. He gives in to his harmful
urges as his self-satisfaction is more powerful than his weak self-control.
2. Albert lacks fidelity to Elizabeth. He takes on covert and overt illicit
affairs with different women disregarding how it hurts and humiliates her. He
rationalizes that she is his wife, she lives with him and his family, and he
comes home to her anyway thus she should not complain about his
extramarityal relationships anymore.
3. Albert is immature and irresponsible. He seldom helps with home and
childcare chores and gets enraged when she asks for help with home tasks.
He confines her to be a homemaker but spends his last measly money from
driving a jeepney on liquor instead of making sure that he puts food on the
table that she is frequently constrained to seek loans and dole-outs from her
grandmother to make ends meet. She has to delayif not forego pre- and
post-natal check-ups, and going to the hospital for c hildbirth because he
lacks funds for the related expenses.
4. Albert lacks family care and upport. he excludes Elizabeth from his
priorities and instead focuses on what is pleasing and convenient for him and
his parents. She consistently catches him hiding money from her which he
reasons he gives to his mother and needs fro his hobbies. He lacks intent to
work diligently and make ways to help improve their finances gto give
adequate family provisions. He fails to step up to his family obligations and
relegates chjild support up to her especially after she takes gainful
employment abroad reasoning she is more capable of giving family support.
He is uncaring how it is extremely difficult for her to part with their son just
to compensate for his unreliability. Worse, he even contacts her colleagues
informing them when her allotments fro their son gets delayed, asking for
their sympaythy and help to pressure her to hasten sending more money.
