A Voz Activa y Voz Pasiva. Estudia este ejemplo:

En una oración pasiva, si deseas decir Quién o Que causo la acción, usas by:

 This house was built by my grandfather. (= my grandfather built it).

B La Voz Pasiva constituye una forma de construcción gramatical propia del lenguaje técnico en
particular.

Como puede apreciarse en el recuadro de arriba, la voz pasiva se forma combinado el Verbo To
Be: am, is, are (Presente simple); was, were (Pasado simple) con el Participio del verbo.
(Ver Apéndice 2)

Recuérdese que en el caso de los verbos regulares, basta agregarles la terminación –ed para formar
el participio.

Por ejemplo:
learn - learned

Voz Activa: The students learn English. (Presente simple) .

Voz Pasiva: English is learned by the students. (Presente simple).
