4. Machine Installation & Training Fee:

a) The buyer shall pay round trip air ticket, comfort accommodation, fine meals, and
local transportation for engineer.
b) Daily engineer pay: USD 220.-- /per person, including traveling date

(could be non-English spoken engineer, translation support from JOIE office via
Internet)
c) One engineer is required for installation supervision, commissioning & operator
training in 5 days, including traveling date. (about 3 working days in normal
working hours)

5. Terms:
(1) Validity: Within 60 days from the date of quotation presented.
(2) Delivery: About 90 days after order confirmation and down payment or at sight
L/C received.
(3) Payment Terms:
A. Against 100% irrevocable and confirmed at sight L/C.
a) The latest date of shipment must be with more than 15 days for
shipping schedule arrangement.
b) Sea port of loading / on board: any sea port in Taiwan
B. 30% down payment T/T in our favor in 5 days after order confirmation;
70% payment after FAT or before machine shipment
(4) Testing Material: Buyer has to provide Seller with a certain quantity of products
and film rolls for machine testing with free of charge.
(5) Warranty: We warrant JOIE’s Flow Wrapping Machine under normal operation
conditions, within one year after the date of shipment on board. The defective
parts would be offered for replacement in free of charge, except for consumable
parts like cutting knife, heaters…
