make some more magic music for the world to enjoy, but before you go, we just need to
make sure that you have agreed to the terms and conditions of our site.

EXCLUSIVE TOPLINE PURCHASE: No Limits To Monetize Or Distribute.

You are about to purchase a full buy-out of the master copyright of this Exclusive Topline which entitles
you to 100% of the Master Copyright. You will own this Topliine, this entitles you to use this Topline in
anyway that you wish, in perpetuity. You will collect 100% of any sales, downloads or streaming royalties,
and all other forms of monetization of the “new song” that you create with this Topline Vocal Stems Pack.
However, you will still need to register a 50% Writer’s Share of the Publishing to the Topliner.

Inside this EXCLUSIVE TOPLINE Zip. Folder, we have included all of the Topliner’s information that is
necessary for you to register their Publishing Share. Your contact information will also be given to the
Topliner, and so they may or may not be in contact regarding this agreement. If for any reason you do not
register their share of Publishing within 90 days of the “new song” release date, and the Topliner brings
this to your attention, you will have 10 days from that day to register their share of publishing, or Vokaal
Inc. will have no choice but to cancel this agreement, and revoke your ownership of this EXCLUSIVE
TOPLINE (without refund).

Fair and honest acknowledgement of any artist’s writing credit is extremely important to us, and we hope

Topliner’s 50% share of publishing will either be registered by you with your PRO, by the Signing Record
Label and their PRO, or that a satisfactory publishing arrangement will be worked out with the Topliner.

NON-EXCLUSIVE TOPLINE PURCHASE: No Limits To Monetize Or Distribute.
