That at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation held at

Unit 206-207 JEB Arcade Building, Amang Rodriguez Ave., Barangay
Rosario, Pasig City on 24 July 2020 the following resolution was
unanimously passed and approved:

“RESOLVED, ANGCONSTRUCT CORPORATION through

its, MARION DIOEL CARDINEZ VICTOR, OPERATIONS MANAGER,
be, as he/she they hereby authorized to apply, negotiate and secure
and any all kinds of bonds it needs irrespective of amounts from
BPI/MS INSURANCE CORPORATION. For this purpose, the said
OPERATIONS MANAGER whose specimen signature/s appear/s
below is/are hereby authorized and empowered to execute, sign,
seal, deliver for and in behalf of ANGCONSTRUCT CORP. the Bonds
any and all documents necessary and including the corresponding
Indemnity Agreements, to carry out the following resolution.”

I further certify that the above quoted resolution has not yet been
amended or repealed and that the same is still in full force and effect.
