This agreement is conducted on the principle of reciprocity and mutual benefit so as to

strengthen the friendship and promote educational exchange and cooperation between
Zaozhuang University and .

I. Items of educational exchange and Cooperation

1. Establishing cooperative relationship as sister schools；
2. Fostering joint education and research programs ；
3. Sharing opinions and experiences for setting up scientific institutions and
laboratories.
4. Exchange of faculty members and students for either long-term or short-term
appointments；
5. Exchange of books, teaching materials, academic data and dissertations,
concerning teaching and scientific research projects.
6. Jointly run Confucius Institute or Confucius Classroom or English training at
.
7. Both sides can enlarge interscholastic exchange and cooperation through
consultation at any time.

Ⅱ.Regulations for financial support

l. All the international traveling expenses of the exchange members from the two
parties will be borne by the sending institutions respectively. The host institution will
provide for the exchange members with free room, access to research facilities and a
reasonable stipend to cover living expenses.
2. The two parties will consult details for covering expenses of the exchange
members other than those mentioned above according to the principles of mutual
equality. These details will be confirmed in the agreements covering each individual
exchange member, endorsed by the two parties.

Ⅲ. This agreement will become effective on the date of signature by the representatives
of both parties, and subsequently by the authorization of relevant higher governing
agencies, and will be valid on a long - term basis.

 Amendments to this agreement may be put forward at any time, but the amended
agreement can only be effective by mutual confirmation and approval of the relevant
higher governing bodies of the two parties.
Either side that intends to terminate the agreement shall inform the other side with a
written notice 60days prior to the expiration, without which, the agreement shall enjoy
validity forever. Representative of both sides to sign this agreement shall be accredited
by both universities.

Ⅳ. The agreement is in Chinese and English. Both versions have equal legal validity.
