• Applications that are not 100% complete will not be considered

1. Selection criteria

1.1 Only applications from South African citizens will be considered.

1.2 The main criteria for the selection of applications are financial need and meeting the
requirements for entrance to the qualification.
1.3 Bursary applications are invited from young people between the ages 18-25 who aim to
study full time towards an undergraduate university degree in Quantity surveying, a
certificate in Health and safety and a diploma in Management accounting.
1.4 Applicants currently in Grade 12 and applicants already in possession of a National Senior
Certificate should apply.

2. Instructions for submission of application forms

2.1 Applications will only be considered if completed in full and signed by the applicant and if all
the supporting documents have been included.
2.2 Documents that accompany the application form must be certified.
2.3 Changing your degree after submitting your application form may lead to a cancellation of
the bursary.
2.4 Bursaries are available for CIMA, NOSA, WITS, UP, UCT and Stellenbosch.

3. Bursary amount covers tuition and books

4. Please note that only a select few candidates will be shortlisted for this prestigious bursary.
Meeting the minimum selection criteria does not imply that an application will automatically be
successful.
