1) Hy guys ! How are you ? I really missed you !

2) Hey ! We are fine , really proud to see you again .

3) hi ! What are you doing ? Is there something new with you ?

4) nothing new about me , but tell me Fernanda , how about your English classes ?

5) good ! I’m learning a lot and I’m considering to take the hall course .

2) really , that’s sound good . I think that English is important.

4) Yes , but it is kind of difficult for some people .

3) I completely agree with you . I would say that it depends on the ideas and the main purpose to
study English .

1) why do you say that ?

3) I don’t know . Maybe it’s because everyone has different reasons to study English , the target
vocabulary change .

2) I know what you mean but it is necessary to study English despite of the target language , there
are basic and common phrases that work in every situation .

5) yes , that’s true . Always you are going to be in the middle of social conversations and you have
to use slangs and common idioms to talk about your opinions and suggestions .

3) I can see your point but you have to consider that if you want to take the hall course , you have
to thing about the terms and the way your going to use the language . More if you are going to
give some service .

2) ok guys , but I see where your coming but also you have to consider the treatment with your
costumers and media .

1) i know exactly what you mean , in my career it is important to have conversations with specific
terms , but when you get to know a new costumer you have to talk. And use traditional kind of
conversations .

3) and , lets talk about the exposure to the language , how often do you hear foreign languages
where you work ?

4) in my case , my costumers speak both English and Spanish but it seems like English is better to
explain their ideas because they are from the United States .

2) Wow ! That’s incredible ! My coworkers can’t speak English and sometimes they have some
issues with our boss .

1) I agree with your boss . Learning English is the most helpful tool to communicate with the entire
world.

5) I can see your point , perhaps there are another languages that are spoken and are important to
learn and understand .
2) I’m not sure about what your are saying .

5) I mean , there are Spanish , Italian , French and specially mandarin . Every year more people
decide to learn those languages instead of English .

3) well , I would say that your opinion it’s right in one side but you have to consider that English is
the second language of a lot of people . And most of the times when you have to communicate
with someone who is in the other side of the world , they prefer to do it in English .
