    Explanation:

    a) In decision table you have to specify conditions ---in If block or Condition stub
    b) Then specify values in rules as Y(Yes) or N(No) .Each rule can contain condition oor
    conditions so all those conditions present in a rule are set to be Y.
    Consider Rule 3 according to above given example has two conditions so both has to be set
    Y or Yes
