I. Introduction
The condition will emphatically usher in a “new normal in the education system.”
Therefore, the school has to prepare to adjust to the changes in the education environment to
ensure learning will not be discontinued in this situation. Preparing the teachers, leaners and
parents in a new normal is through webinar and online learning. They need to be trained to
implement the adjustments with the new platform in teaching learning process.
Transformed teachers are very essential in the educative process and empowered them in
using different platform. They need to engage and understand the role of the technology in the
learning process since this is one of the modalities of learning either synchronous or
asynchronous.
II. Objectives
The school will operate with a fixed daily schedule that balances synchronous and
asynchronous learning opportunities for students.
Teachers will share activity sheets daily on the school’s LMS or send email with links
Equip teachers with synchronous and asynchronous teaching learning process.
Create modules using different modalities or platforms.
Adapt teachers on the technology for the preparation on the new normal in teaching.
Update the parents and learners on the new platform learning.
There is a strong connectivity and technology infrastructure of the school, online learning
and teaching that schools will need to balance based on their circumstances: synchronous
happening collaboratively and at the same time with a group of online learners and
usually a teacher) and asynchronous happening at any time,

There is existing hand washing, sanitation facilities and school clinic, and adequate
emergency kit is always available and easily accessible for the learners and faculty.
