Topics: Presentation of FMIS System

Continuation of the previous discussion regarding the changes to be made


using the Modal View Presenter with the systems involved such as HRMSv4i
and PSIS. It is not only for the flexibility of the software to different types of
database provider like Oracle, MS SQL, MY SQL, etc but also to upgrade the
software. HRMSv4i to be integrated with the hospital system, review the data
architecture and list the requirements needed.

Personal Information Module

1. Dropdown List

A. Names (middle name) displayed are inconsistent some are initials and others
are not.

B. Names displayed are inconsistent some are in lower case, in upper case or

in sentence case.

C. Many unneeded data.

D. Cannot easily add new data entry.

Solution:

A. Users must encode the full name and not initials and Script.

B. Sentence case font and Script.

C. Clean up the maintenance table and remain necessary data.

D. Put textbox for new data entry.

2. Reports

A. Some fields are present in PIS and not displayed in PDS.

B. Changing of indentation and spacing.

C. Put a username on the footnote of the report page and the date.
D. Overlapping of the data.

E. Option for paper size.

Solution:

A. Checking the Parameter.

B. Checking the indentation and spacing.

C. Update the Report.

3. Unidentified mandatory field.

Solution: Putting an Asterisk (*) to all mandatory field and cannot save
without those mandatory fields.

4. Height and weight must have a unit.

5. Editing Plantilla

Verify buttons. If possible only one button execution. Ex. Edit, save,
update

Solution:

Update the Plantilla GIU of pop window

6. Automatically display the supervisor of the employee selected in Payroll

Solution: Update the Payroll Information

7. HRAN
A. Link Plantilla HRAN information on the HRAN Module.
(All HRAN Action from the Plantilla must be viewed on the
HRAN Module for additional information)
B. All changes must be viewed also in the HRAN Action Notice sub-module
C. Prepared by automatically appears the user id/user name, change into
textbox, disabled for editing.
D. Prepared Date automatically appears the current date of
editing/adding the record, change into textbox, disabled for editing.
E. Approved by must only contain list the department heads.

Solution: Update HRAN
