Correctnessof Design

Consultantis entrustedwith the Scopeof Work outlined above. It is requiredthat the


consultantshouldundertakethe job in a professionalmannerto the best of his ability and
resources.NHA as Client may offer commentsthrough in-housereview. Any comments
offeredby the Client do not absolvethe consultantfrom its obligationto developcorrectand
cost-effectiveengineeringsolutionsfor the Projects.NHA reservesthe right to take punitive
actionsasrequiredat appropriateforum evenduringconstructionstage.
The tasksto be canied out by the consultantareelaboratedin the following paragraphs.
Task1: DataCollection& Co-ordination.
Outcome: Consultant gets hold of relevant information, SOP
Maps, Satellite imageries and liaison with local
departmenVpoliceetc.

Immediately after signing of the Contract, the consultant will get procession of the
relevant maps, reports and imageriesrequires for preparing the design of the Project.
After the completion of the design, SOP maps and imageries shall be returned back to
the Client in Original and un-damagedcondition. In caseany avthorizationis required
by the concemed office for delivering the required information, same shall be
