1. Why do we have trial lessons?

-The main reason of trial lesson is to assess the student’s level while making them feel that English is
easy and a fun language to learn. And Finally, to make them enroll in Nova kid.

2. Is it necessary to use props?

-It is not necessary to use props. We need to maximize the use of lesson material.

-Props supports us to make the lesson understand better. To make it easier for the students to
understand the lesson.

3. What if the student is crying during the class?

-I will try to divert student’s attention by using toys to make them laugh.

- But If the student still persists on crying or if guardian is not around during the class, we can
contact support to inform the parents about the student’s situation.

4. When to change the lesson material?

-During the lesson, after the lesson, and first regular lesson.

5. Why do we change lessons?

- because the lesson material is not appropriate in student’s level. The student needs a higher lesson
or needs a lower lesson. If the lesson is too low for him, it makes the student’s feel boring and not
interesting. That’s why it needs to be appropriate for them

What is the difference of trial level 0 and level 1?

1. Level zero learner is in between ages 4-5 while level 1 learner is in between 6-7. There is no
difference which regards to their learning. Both learners should know basic sounds, words,
and able to read the words accurately.
Level 0 and level 1 have no

prior knowledge however level 1

are students who are already ready

to read and learn and somehow can recognize

some letters.

Level 1 to level 2

Unlike Level 1 students, level 2 already has a

prior knowledge, they can blend sounds,

can express few words, they can understand

instructions and questions but

has difficulty answering in complete sentence.

there will be a balance of prior knowledge

and openness to new learnings.

Level 2 to level 3

Just like level 2 students, level 3 students

already have a prior knowledge, they create

sentences with the use of present simple, present

continuous and past continuous tenses

but still needs more improvements.

Level 3 to level 4

These are students who already are advance

and is close to fluent.
