 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In this project the analyses the company accounting process each

and every department, how to work of the section and what work of
the accounting section employee his right and the liability of the
employee and how to work with out problem and easy available
information for the marketing a company future design.
The plant was established in 1989 with design capacity of 0.75
million tons of Sponge Iron with an initial investment of Rs. 525
Crores. The factory is spread over 43 hectors (106 acres). Site work
started in 1991 and production commenced in 1993. The plant was
upgraded in 1998 to a capacity of 0.9 million tons and the total
investment went up to Rs. 725 Crores.
JSW is the only Merchant-based producer of Natural Gas based
Sponge Iron in India. JSW produces DRI (Direct Reduced Iron) and
HBI (Hot Briquetted Iron) from a single reactor - A first and the only
plant in the world.
JSW Steel Ltd. has a total 500 employees inclusive of all support
services. Employees work in 14 departments as per the shifts allotted
to them.
 Objective Of The Project

1 .To provide opportunities to the young management and

engineering student to transfer their knowledge gained and
institutes to JSW group company.
2. To create awareness and build JSW brand among the future
management and engineering professionals.
3 . To forecast manpower req.
4 . To provide guidelines to team members to plan and
execute training programmed .
5 . To time saving and employed improvement.
 RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

Collection Of Data
Primary Data :
Primary data is collected from through direct interaction and
discussion with JSW Steel Ltd Employees and management staff
through well observation and interview.

Secondary Data :
Secondary data also collected from brief introduction and
information has been provide by officers to who report for studying
this topic.as well as secondary data collected from further information
has been gather from the report , journals from the records maintained
by the concerned department.
