Introduction:

The E I paradigm is both environmentally friendly and friendly to human health.

We believe in recycling nutrients to renew soil instead of using chemical fertilizers, we
also embrace bio-diversity which is growing more than one species of crop, which could
potentially eliminating agricultural supply shocks. Healthier food and proper nutrition is
a away to unlearn the habits of our western diets and will help improve overall
healthiness and society’s well-being. E I paradigm supports local grown foods and
smaller un-commercialized farming, which reduces the miles it takes to transport foods,
reducing the carbon footprint of food production and create a more sustainable
environment.

Q1
Policies that drive the ecologically integrated paradigm are to produce healthier
organic, nutrient rich foods that do not contain excess simple sugars, and saturated fats.
This paradigm promotes “the leaning of the western diet,” healthier foods that decrease
the occurrence of CHD that’s becoming more and more common in our country. While
being ecologically friendly and promoting the use of only natural seeds, maintaining bio-
diversity, and composting are key qualities of the ecologically integrated paradigm.

Q2
Consumer health is paramount, foods grown in smaller quantities, free from
chemical fertilizers, free from genetic engineering and from pesticides produces more
nourishing foods. Locally grown foods cut down transportation cost and pollution to the
environment.

Q3
Sustainability of the ecological integrated paradigm relies on nutrient recycling
(in way obtaining utility from nutrients). Growing local foods and embracing bio-
diversity will be key in the future to avoid supply shocks and hungry people. Dramatic
changes would need to occur to obtain ecologically friendly framing. A major dilemma,
in 50 years the world will consume 50% more food that at the present. Nutrient recycling
will need to play a role in order for food production to remain viable.

Q4
The ecological paradigm does not believe in the use of chemical fertilizers in
agricultural production. Instead composting and recycling natural organic nutrients can
be alternative. Composting is the natural way to fertilize crops wile not contaminating
the environment and changing the natural ecology.

CHD is increasing at an ever-greater rate with in our society. As more cultures

adopt the western diet they too will suffer the health effects. Poorer nations can not
afford gym memberships and cardiac bypass to sustain the westerns diets foods. Eating
health foods and educating consumer about food nutrition and food production will help
our current situation.
