sewing machinery for Turkey's ready-made garments sector.

History
Robotech A.G was founded in 1997 by Mr. Hüseyin Çetin, a Computer Engineer in Istanbul, in order to design
and manufacture automated sewing systems.
Robotech A. G is the first company founded in Turkey in this field. It is the only company in its field that
completes its R&D, design, production and software processes within its own structure. Robotech A.G is an
innovative company in the industry. Thanks to Robotech A.G, automation sewing machines, which were
previously sold at very high prices by other brands, are now offered garments producers at more affordable
prices, although they contain more advanced technological features. It has been a pioneering and competiti-
ve company in this field.

Infrastructure
ROBOTECH A.G started its activities with a single automated machine and then in order to expand its
production to more in demand types of automated machines at a high quality and mass production set up, it
has invested into a modern production facility in Konya with an indoor capacity of 6,000 m2 within 30,000
m2 all with its own capital. In this factory there are 5 sets of 5 Axis CNCs, 3 sets of 3 Axis CNCs, one
Carbon and one Fiber Laser Cutting machines and one Abkant and Router CNCs, as well as 1 Laser Marking
Machine and various work benches in the current production line. This machinery set up makes a difference
in technological standards of production. Thus, Robotech is at the forefront of its sector with its product
range as well as its machine park and manufacturing technology.

International Partners
In addition to its product and design quality, Robotech A.G has gained the admiration of some well-known
brands in its early years with its success and speed in R&D studies as well as its superiority in software.
Thanks to the production-distribution partnership agreements with some of these companies, Robotech
products were first exported to Europe and then to almost all countries around the world under these
global brands. Robotech, which has been distributing the world with its own brand and its distributor
network in the last four years, has been actively participating in many international fairs, too. Especially
Frankfurt Texprocess and Istanbul Tüyap, especially with its sewing machine and automat models, which has
increased to over 50 models in recent years helped grow its market share recently. Also thanks to over 20
years of production history and increasing brand awareness, thousands of Robotech automat are currently
being used actively in many parts of the world and the Robotech brand is increasingly in demand.

DISPOSABLE NONWOVEN MOUTH & FACE MASK PRODUCTION MACHINE

It is a machine that full automatically produces three-layer mouth masks using Nonwoven SS fabric and Meltblown fabric.
The ultrasonic system is designed on the basis of full-automation.
Produces 80-100 ready-to-wear masks per minute with a single welding robot.
Produces 150-200 ready-to-wear masks per minute with double welding robots.
5 ultrasonic units were used in this mask production automat.
The whole process of production of mouth and face masks is carried out with automatically in a serial motion
without the touch of human hand.
Two rolls Nonwoven SS fabric is used (attached to the machine as a roll)
One nonwoven Meltblown fabric roll is used (attached to the machine as a roll)
One rubber or plastic-wire roll is used in the machine for wire feeding. (attached to the machine as a roll)
Finished mask size is 175 x 95 mm.

- All other mechanic devices are 590- 6013 series aluminum pieces made on Robotech’s own CNC machines
- Robotech produces all metal parts and pieces on its own 5 axis CNC machines in its own Factory in Konya Turkey.
- For operator safety the automat is produced with a protective cage
- Complete design and development engineering of this automat is carried in house at Robotech.
