- These Terms of Service govern your use of the Loop Mobility application, website

and technology platform (the “Services”) provided by LOOP MOBILITY.


Specifically, the services include the loop mobility network of websites that link to
these Terms of Service,App published by loop mobility, including the “Loop
Mobility” mobile app, any other services, interactive features, and communications
made available by Loop Mobility, however, accessed and/or used, that are operated
by Loop Mobility, made available by Loop Mobility, or produced and maintained by
Loop Mobility.
- BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE PRACTICES
DESCRIBED IN
- THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF
SERVICE,
- PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICES. WE ARE AUTHORIZED TO MAKE
- MODIFICATIONS WITH THESE TERMS OF SERVICE FROM TIME TO TIME
WITHOUT
- NOTICE BUT WILL NOTIFY ONCE ANY CHANGES OCCUR. THE
CONTINUED USAGE
- OF OUR SERVICES WILL MEAN YOU ACCEPT THOSE CHANGES. UNLESS
WE
- PROVIDE YOU WITH SPECIFIC NOTICE, NO CHANGES TO OUR TERMS OF
USE WILL APPLY RETROACTIVELY.
- This is a legal agreement that states the material Terms and Conditions that govern
your use of the services. This agreement, together with all updates, supplements,
additional terms, and all of Loop Mobility’s rules and policies collectively constitute
this “Agreement” between you and Loop Mobility.
- A. YOUR USE OF THE LOOP MOBILITY SCOOTERS AND OTHER
SERVICES:
- 1.     You are at least 18 years old: You represent and confirm that you are at least
eighteen (18) years of age.
- 2.     You have inspected the Loop Mobility Scooter before operating it:You
acknowledge, consent and guarantee that before each use of a Loop Mobility Scooter,
you will conduct a basic safety inspection of the product, which includes: safe
operation of brakes and lights,proper direction of wheels,condition of the
frame,sufficient battery charge,and any signs of damage, disrepair, unusual or
excessive wear, or other signs of mechanical and/or maintenance needs (each,
a Safety Issue).
- You shall immediately notify loop mobility if you identify a Safety Issue and are
prohibited from riding any Loop Mobility Scooter on which there is a Safety Issue.
- 3.     You are a competent user:You acknowledge and fully consent that you are
familiar with the operation of Loop Mobility Scooters and are physically fit to operate
the scooter without any health problems or medical conditions that would make using
the scooter unsafe in any way.
- 4.     You will not engage in distracting activities while operating a loop mobility
Scooter: You acknowledge and fully consent that within the duration of your
operation of a Loop Mobility Scooter, you will not use any cellular mobile phone, text
messaging device, portable music player, or any other device that may distract you
from operating the Loop Mobility Scooter safely.
- 5.      You are the sole operator of the Scooter:You and Loop Mobility are the only
parties to these Terms, and you are therefore are the only authorized operator of a
Loop Mobility Scooter that is rented through your account. You have no permission
to allow another person, either alone, or together with you, to utilize any Loop
Mobility Scooter rented by you or through your account. You alone are responsible
for complying with these Terms and for any breach of these Terms and any damage
and/or liability arising from your operation of any loop mobility Scooter or any third
party's use of any Loop Mobility Scooter rented through your account.
- 6.      You will use the loop mobility Scooter in accordance with the rules of the
road: You acknowledge, affirm and fully guarantee and that you will obey all street
signs, signals, rights-of way, and markings, that you will use the Loop Mobility
Scooter with courtesy and respect towards third parties, and that you will not block
sidewalks, elevated ramps, bus stops, or landscaped areas.
- 7.      You will use the Loop mobility Scooter in compliance with all applicable
laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances:You acknowledge, affirm and fully consent
that you will only operate the Loop Mobility Scooter in compliance with the local
rules, regulations, and ordinances. When operating the Loop Mobility Scooter, you
guarantee that you are fully submitting to following the ordinances and applicable
laws as it is your sole responsibility.
- 8.       You will not race the Loop mobility Scooter or perform stunts with the
Loop’s Scooter:You acknowledge, affirm and fully consent that you will not race nor
perform stunts with the Loop Mobility Scooter.
- 9.        You will not operate the Loop mobility Scooter if your ability to use it is
impaired: You acknowledge, affirm and fully consent that you will not ride a Loop
Mobility Scooter while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, medication, and/or any
other substance that may impair your ability to ride the Loop Mobility Scooter.
- 10.     You will not operate any Loop mobility Scooter during hazardous
conditions:You acknowledge, affirm and fully consent that you will not use a Loop
Mobility Scooter when environmental conditions (i.e. weather, road surface,
congestion, etc.) are unsafe, on any unpaved roads, through water, through uneven
terrain (including, without limitation, on mountains), through unsafe traffic
conditions, on highways or freeways, or in any location where use of a Loop Mobility
Scooter is prohibited, illegal, and/or would result to being a bother.
- 11.     You will wear proper equipment, including a helmet, while using the loop
mobility Scooter: You acknowledge, affirm and fully consent that, at all times while
using a Loop Mobility Scooter, you will wear appropriate equipment, including,
without limitation, suitable footwear (e.g., tied sneakers, no sandals) and a helmet that
is properly fitted and fastened in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
With the above mentioned guideline, Loop Mobility does not certify or guarantee
with respect to the safety, quality, or other characteristics of any helmet.
- 12.      You will not vandalize, change or mishandle the Loop mobility
Scooter: You acknowledge, affirm and fully consent that you will not vandalize,
change in any way, or mishandle the Loop Mobility Scooter.
- 13.     You will not use the Loop Mobility Scooter for commercial purposes:You
acknowledge, affirm and fully consent that you will not use the Loop Mobility
Scooter for any commercial purposes, including, without limitations, for hire, reward,
ride share, food delivery, or advertising services.
- 14.      You will park the Loop mobility Scooter in accordance with our
instructions and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and
ordinances:You acknowledge, affirm and fully consent that you will park the Loop
Mobility Scooter in lawful parking spots in an upright position and will not park on
unauthorized private property, in a locked area, in heavily trafficked areas, or in any
other unapproved space. Without limitations that have been mentioned formerly, you
acknowledge, affirm and guarantee that you will return the Loop Mobility Scooter to
the proper parking area in clean and working condition after usage.
- 15.     You will not place or use anything on the Loop Mobility Scooter that
obstructs your ability to safely use it:You acknowledge, affirm and fully consent
that you will not place any objects on the Loop Mobility Scooter or use the spin
scooter while holding any object that impedes your ability to safely use it. These
objects include, without limitation, backpacks, bags, briefcases, and/or any other item
that can alter the balance of the Loop Mobility Scooter or otherwise impede your
ability to safely ride it.
- 16.       You will return the Loop mobility Scooter in the condition in which you
rented it:You acknowledge, affirm and fully guarantee that you will return the Loop
Mobility Scooter in the condition in which you rented it, except for any ordinary wear
and tear.

- B. CREATION OF ACCOUNTS AND DETAILS:
- Creating an Account: In order to access and/or operate the Loop Mobility services,
we require you to create an account on the services. When registering, you may be
required to provide Loop Mobility with certain personal information, which may
include your name, age, mobile phone number (your "Number"), email address, this
information will be held and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.  We do not
store debit or credit card details of the customers. Loop Mobility payment is linked to
another payment gateway.

- 1.      Confidentiality:Maintaining the confidentiality of the log-in credentials are your


sole responsibility in order to use the Services and you fully consent that you are
responsible for all activities that is being utilized with your credentials. You agree to
notify Loop Mobility immediately of any unauthorized use of your log-in credentials
or any other breach of security with respect to your account. For any loss or damage
from unauthorized usage of your credentials prior to you notifying Loop Mobility of
such unauthorized use or loss of your credentials, Loop Mobility won’t be
accountable. You understand that your username and profile picture may be publicly
visible and available on the site and that search engines may index your name and
profile photo.
- 2.      Accuracy:You acknowledge, affirm and fully guarantee to Loop Mobility that all
information that you provide about yourself as requested (within the duration of the
account creation process), including, without limitation, your Mobile Number and
your Card details, is, and will remain during your use of Loop Mobility services,
accurate, existing, true, and complete, and that you are authorized to provide all such
information and use your card. You consent that all activity that occurs on your
account is solely your responsibility, and you agree to notify Loop Mobility
immediately of any suspected unauthorized access of your account.  To the maximum
extent allowed by law, Loop Mobility is not accountable for any losses caused by
unauthorized use of your account of any party involved.
- 3.     Restrictions: You are not allowed to use someone else’s identity to create an
account, create or use an account for anyone other than yourself, permit anyone else
to use your account, or provide personal information for purposes of account
registration other than your own. You may not permit another person to use any
Loop Mobility Scooter or other services using your account credentials,
regardless of whether that person is a user of the Services themselves, and to
permit such use is a material breach of this Agreement. You are responsible for
all use of the Services linking to your account, including, death, personal injury,
and injury to property, that results from a Loop Mobility Scooter that has been
used with your account credentials.  
- 4.    Termination. Loop Mobility reserves the right to disable or close your account if
your account is delinquent, if your card is no longer valid, or at any other time, for
any other reason or for no reason, in our sole discretion and without any liability to
you.  If we terminate your account, you must immediately return any Loop Mobility
Scooter you have in your possession.  You will be charged for the value of any
property of Loop Mobility that you fail to return as well as all costs (including
attorneys’ fees and other related costs) that incurs in the event of attempting to
recover Loop Mobility property from you.
- C. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1.     Fees: You must pay Loop Mobility all charges and fees in connection with your
use of the services, which may vary based on the Service you have selected and may
include, but not limited to, rental charges, application fees, service fees and/or other
charges set forth in these Terms ("Fees"). All fees must be paid when due (including
taxes). If you disagree to paying any Fees, you must submit any such disputes in
writing to Loop Mobility within thirty (30) days for review in order to take proper
action. Failure to submit such dispute within the thirty (30) day deadline will mean
that you waive the dispute and the charge for such Fees will be final, non-refundable,
and non-challenge able.
- 2.     Method of Payment: Current method of payment is via debit or credit card which
is VISA or MASTER CARD or Debit card. Loop Mobility system does not store card
or bank details of the customers. By inputting customer’s card or bank details you
hereby authorize Loop Mobility to link your card or bank details via another
authorized third-party payment processor. We may ask for per-authorization of your
card prior to deducting fees in order to verify the validity or the existence of adequate
funds in the account tied to such card. You must notify Loop Mobility if your card is
due for expiry or is no longer valid and must replace it with a valid card.
- 3.     Fines:You fully acknowledge and are accountable for any fees that are charged to
you by Loop Mobility or a third party in connection with your use of a Loop Mobility
Scooter or use of a Loop Mobility Scooter under your account credentials, including,
but not limited to, traffic violations, fines, penalties, impounding charges, court costs,
and/or any other fees based on improper parking or a result of your violation of any
law, rule, regulation, and/or ordinance when using a Loop Mobility Scooter. You
agree that Loop Mobility may, in its sole discretion, pay any ticket, fine, and/or
penalty on your behalf directly to the appropriate authority and bill such payment as a
fee to your account, and you will pay us for such Fees plus a reasonable
administrative fee. Should the services of a third-party collection and/or
administrative agent be required to resolve such tickets, citations, fines and/or
penalties, you must pay all costs and collection charges including, without limitation,
administrative and legal costs to such agent upon demand without protest.
- 4.       Returns: Returning the Loop Mobility Scooter within the permitted 24-hour time
frame, you will be charged the lesser of (a) the accrued Fees in such 24-hour time
period  (b) 300 QAR per day, which is the maximum daily Fee Loop Mobility will
charge for a day. If you fail to Return a Loop Mobility Scooter within 48 hours of the
time at which you unlocked, we will consider that Loop Mobility Scooter is lost or
stolen and we may charge you a fee of up to 5,000 QAR for each Loop Mobility
Scooter, and a police report will be filed. Loop Mobility may also charge a service
Fee of 500 QAR for rentals in excess of 24 hours where the Loop Mobility Scooter is
not lost or stolen.
- 5.        Refund Policy: All transactions made through the Loop Mobility services are
subject to Loop Mobility’s return policy in effect at the time of purchase. Currently,
Loop Mobility’s refund policy is to not offer any refunds for any subscriptions
purchased through any of the services (e.g.: app, website), except in Loop Mobility’s
sole and absolute discretion. After a thorough review and the refund is valid, Loop
mobility could only return:
- Refund Amount = Amount Paid - Transaction Fee
- Since Loop Mobility system does not store bank or card details of the customers, a
person may come directly to main office, bring a valid national ID/passport and show
the mobile number used as the main identity upon Loop Mobility system registration.
- 6.        Modifications to Prices or Billing Terms: The purchase and/or rental of
Products and/or Services is subject to availability. Productions and Services displayed
is subject to availability and maybe replaced/discontinued at any time. Loop Mobility
reserves the right to vary its prices of products and services, effective immediately
upon posting on the services or through electronic notification.
- 7.         Damages:You acknowledge and are fully accountable for all damages,
losses, claims, consequences, demands, causes of action, injuries, costs, and
liability in connection with your use of a Loop Mobility Scooter under your
account credentials, including, without limitation, (i) physical or mechanical
damage, (ii) loss due to theft, (iii) physical damage resulting from vandalism, (iv)
bodily injury to you or a third party, (v) third party claims, (vi) actual charges
for towing, storage and/or impound fees paid by Loop Mobility, and (vii)
administrative charges, including the cost of appraisal and legal expenses with
respect to the damage or loss.
- D. LIMITATIONS:
- 1.  Limitations on Loop mobility Services: It is Loop Mobility Scooters’ sole
discretion to reserve the right in provisioning the Services to any person, geographic
region or jurisdiction. There may be times when the Site needs to be disabled and/or
other Services either temporarily or discontinued. The Services may be altered,
updated, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice or accountability to
you. Furthermore, from time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Site
and/or Services, or the entire Site and/or Services, to users, including registered
users. You acknowledge and agree that Loop Mobility does not represent,
consent or guarantee that the Services/Loop Mobility Scooters will be available
to you at all or any times, and you further acknowledge and consent that Loop
Mobility may, in its sole discretion, without notice, terminate your right to use
the Services.
- 2.  Electric Vehicle:The Loop Mobility Scooter is an electric vehicle requiring
periodic charging. You acknowledge and guarantee that you have read and understand
that: (i) the level of charge power in the Scooter at the time you initiate a rental or use
of the scooter is not guaranteed and will vary with each use,(ii) it is your
responsibility to check the level of charge power in the Scooter and to ensure it is
acceptable before operating it,(iii) the level of charge power in the scooter will
decrease as you continue to use it, the rate at which it will decrease will vary, and as it
decreases, the speed and/or other operational functionalities will decrease or cease at a
certain extent,(iv) the distance and/or time that you may use the scooter before it loses
charge power is never certain, (v) the scooter may run out of charge power and cease
to operate at any time during its usage, regardless of whether you have reached your
desired destination.
- 3.  Unlocking the Scooter: In order to access the services, you must have access to a
compatible internet browser through a mobile device. To initiate
functionality/operation, you are required to reserve a Loop Mobility Scooter through
the App and therefore must have a mobile device that is compatible with the App and
the Scooter. Loop Mobility may require obtaining updates or upgrades from time to
time, you therefore acknowledge that Loop Mobility may change system requirements
from time to time, and to meet those requirements, you agree to comply accordingly.
We are not authorized to endorse/recommend which devices you use to access or use
the services, including with respect to device compatibility.
- 4.  Features Availability: The availability of the features and services included in the
App is subject to change with or without prior notice. Not all features included in the
App are always available in all markets and functionality of the App may be limited,
including, due to vehicle capability or compatibility, mobile device or network
coverage.
- 5.  Usage and Data Fees: Loop Mobility is not accountable for any fees with regards
to the data usage.
- The local internet service provider or mobile carrier may charge you access, software
or data fees for any network use or data transmission by the services (e.g.: App, third-
party fees). The internet service provider or mobile carrier could be contacted for
more information regarding usage rates and fees.
- 6.  Third Party Sites: Typically, the Site and/or Services may contain hyperlinks to
other sites. If there are other websites and resources linked to on this Site and/or
Services, either by Loop Mobility or by you, these links are provided only for the
convenience of Loop Mobility’s users. Should you decide to access any of the third-
party websites linked to the Site, you will be accountable and will access it at your
own risk that is subject to the user terms and conditions of use for such websites.
Loop Mobility has no control over the contents of those websites or resources, and
therefore cannot accept responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may
arise from your use of them.
-  E. COMMUNICATION DETAILS AND AGREEMENT TO BE
CONTACTED:
- 1.   Calls to and from Loop Mobility may be monitored and recorded for quality
improvements and database purposes, with this you acknowledge and agree that
discussions will be recorded and monitored.
- 2.   You acknowledge and consent that any contact information provided to Loop
Mobility, including but not limited to, your name, email address, and your mobile
number is factual and correct. You verify that You are the current subscriber or owner
of any telephone number that You provide to us. Should any of Your contact
information change, including your telephone number, you agree to notify us
immediately emailing support@loopmobility.co. You agree to indemnify, defend, and
hold Loop Mobility unaccountable from and against any and all claims, losses,
liability, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from
failure to update Your contact information.
- 3.    By voluntarily providing your mobile number(s) to Loop Mobility, you expressly
agree to receive per-recorded voice messages and/or automobiled calls, or text
messages related to promotional items, your account, any transaction with us, and/or
your affiliation with Loop Mobility. These telephone calls and text messages may
include, but are not necessarily limited to, changes to your account, verification codes,
information in connection with a scooter rental, equipment updates, promotions, and
updated payment information. You are aware that you may incur a charge for calls or
text messages by your mobile service carrier and that Loop Mobility is not
responsible for these charges.
- 4.  You agree that Loop Mobility may acquire, and you fully consent to be contacted
at email addresses, mailing addresses, and phone numbers provided by you directly.
You agree to receive automated calls and text messages even if you cancel your
account or terminate your affiliation with us, except if you opt-out or
email support@loopmobility.co It is your sole responsibility to notify Loop Mobility
that you do not want to receive calls or text messages by following the instructions in
this Section. You waive any rights to bring claims for unauthorized, unsolicited, or
undesired calls or text messages by failing to opt-out immediately and in accordance
with these opt-out instructions. Please note that if You opt out of automated
calls/texts, we reserve the right to make non-automated calls/texts to you. Your
obligations under this Section shall survive termination of these Terms.

- ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT
- I certify that I am at least 18 years old, and that I have read and expressly agree
to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, including specifically,
the arbitration and class action waiver provisions.
