Under the time limitations the researcher was unable to cover wide area of SEEDS branches,

only observed and analyzed three branches in Kurunegala district. Based on the study the
researcher identified how to Micro financial services & Banking practices effects to increase the
efficiency of the SEEDS in Kurunegala district. According to the analysis of the data the
researcher could be able to find all three branches in Kurunegala district have been able to
develop their efficiency, effectiveness as good micro financial services of SEEDS and their best
banking practices up to now. By using this positive situation and good conditions, further they
will be able to spread micro financial services. And also SEEDS should consider mitigating the
drawbacks and they should attract the isolated and the people who suffer from the financial
difficulties.
