Executive Summary

Food Hub is locally owned eatery outlet that gives a creative approach to the entity's
image and detail presentation. Food Hub will provide a combination of excellent food at value
pricing, with fun packaging and atmosphere. Food Hub is the answer to an increasing demand
for snack-type eatery, to be continued while walking around the campus. Our main priority is
to establish one outlet in a school, preferably in one of the known school in Gingoog City.
Later, our effort will be a further developmental of more outlets in the surrounding area. The
financing, in addition to the capital contributions from shareholders, will allow Food Hub to
successfully open and expand through year two. It will provide it's customers with a value-
driven, entertaining experience through the creativity of it's founders. It includes affordability
in order for the customers to be satisfied. Strategies in marketing in this product are through
Online sales and Public relation. The estimated capital for this business P700.00. Expected
value day 1 as P300.00 while the total costs of goods will be amounted to P900.

3.1 Purpose of Product/ Service:

The purpose of our product is to satisfy the needs of the people and to gain profit.

3.2 Product's Unique Features:

Crispy outside and tender outside. It has rough texture outside because of the bread
crumbs. It gives a crunchy twist that the pizza rolls have. It has a distinct nature due to the
melted cheese and tasty ham inside of it.

3.3 Process an equipment that will be used to manufacture the product/render the
services
Production/Service process and controls:
 In a large bowl, combine the cheese, ham and bread.
 Stir in pizza sauce until combined
 Place about ¼ cup filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
 Fold bottom corner over filling; fold side toward center over filling.
 Moisten remaining corner with water and roll up tightly to seal in an electric skillet,
heat I in of oil to 375
 Fry pizza rolls until golden brown,1-2 minutes on each drain on paper towels
 Serve with additional pizza if desired

Distribution logistics:

The Food Hub company will initially operate school based and use social media to
showcase our product to the students. Our product is only available in school, Christ The King
College.

Regulatory and other compliance issues:

Pizza roll will be registered as a partnership with the Dann Patrick's bakery. A
barangay clearance will also be secured before it applies for mayor's permit to operate as a
school-based business enterprise. The BIR registration will be also be done after getting all
the necessary registration documents.

IV. Market Plan

Marketing Strategy
An aggressive marketing campaign will aim to increase the visibility for pizza roll. The
targeted customers are the junior and senior high students.

 Social Media- the food hub company will be active on social media specifically
facebook to increase awareness and visibility to the customer.

 Students Organization- the food hub company will attempt to gather data of the
various students to buy our product. This will be achieved through the help of the
students as well as advertisement through poster.

Sales Strategies
The sales strategy will emphasize that ordering and buying a pizza roll in our company
is affordable and delicious. The sellers will sell around the school and the buyers approach
with a friendly and it could be purchasing through social media like facebook and messenger.
The sales effort will work on the possibility of having our website, the main tool used
for ordering. Having excellent service will provide the customer with the feeling that the
business is looking out for the customer’s interest./
