 Toxic Gases  Choose experience personnel for working at height activity
 Hot atmosphere  Use of Haz-ID Package.
 Slippery surfaces  Conduct weekly DROP inspection ensure no loose items left at height.
 Moving objects  Inspect ladders before use.
 Heavy object  Use mobile elevated platform if required.
 Inadequate lighting
