OVERVIEW

In line with the Vice Mayors League of the Philippines 3rd Quarter
National Executive Board Meeting and UP/NCPAG Lectures on “Policy
Issues on Climate Change” and “The Local Legislative Component on
Disaster Risk Reduction and Resiliency” on July 28 – 30, 2015 at the
Diversion 21 Hotel, Iloilo City attended by Vice Mayor Arnel Wenceslao Z.
Hernandez.

2. JUSTIFICATION

The participant/s have taken some factors to consider in attending the

aforesaid National Executive Board Meeting, foremost of which is safety,
convenience and travel time. With these considers, as there was no
available government vehicle of Sangguniang Bayan, it was decided to
hire a private vehicle to transport the Vice Mayor from Bambang to NAIA
Terminal 3 and Vise – Versa.

The hire of the private car amounted to P10, 500.00 inclusive of the oil
and lubricants covering the period for 5 days. The amount is
commensurate to the service rendered by the vehicle and, as such, above
board and justifiable.
