COVID-19 Precautions and Regulations

Here are the Covid-19 precautions that we will be taking for the event.

Wrestlers

All wrestlers must be Covid-19 Tested to participate at the event. These test are free
and can be scheduled in your area. Test must be done within 10 days of the event.
Talent must produce a Negative result by email, manuscript etc. in order to
participate.

To the venue

Bus riders will be separated for 6 feet. Travel will leave the isle side seats open

Locker room

Locker rooms will be sanitized before each event

Locker rooms will be separated by starter card, mid card, and main card.

There will be more than 8 feet of separation between each person's locker room
space.

All of the Fighting Words management staff must be tested. Management, staff,
refs etc.

Ramp

Walk Ramp will be ten feet wide. Crowd should not be able to touch the wrestler
coming to the ring. Wrestlers still work, just keep your distance

In ring

A team will use sanitation wipes to wipe down the ring between matches.

Entrance lines
Staff will make sure there are 6 feet of separation as the crowd enters the
building.

Everyone will have their temperature taken as they enter the building

Audience

Crowd seats will be arranged with CDC guidelines for social distancing

All Attendees will be required to wear a mask

Venue will only be sold to half capacity in accordance with state regulations

EXPO DAY

Autograph material must be brought by the wrestler. They must sign, and pass
the material down the table, where the purchaser can receive it.

There will be a large Independent Wrestling EXPO banner that is ten feet tall and
six feet across. Wrestler can stand on one end, fan on the other side if they
desire to do pictures.

In conclusion we apologize for any inconvenience to the participating talent. It is

very important to us in these times that we put on a safe show. We are following
the CDC guidelines and along with a few of our own. We hope to put on a great
show and that the participants will want to continue their relationship with
Fighting Words Promotions and our future wrestling events.
