Conclusion
It can be concluded that there are different types of sectors like public sectors, private sector,
voluntary sectors like NGO. It has been observed that there are ample of difference between
those sectors. Public sectors owned by the government bodies and they perform their work in
non profit business because they directly contribute their profit for the nation's GDP. Private
sectors like Tesco PLC runs their business for their profit. Sometimes the private sector is
considered as the profit making sector. It fact, the private sector is the sector which hire mostly
people from that nation. In addition to this, in an organisation each department is interlinked to
each other like there is one CEO and the subordinate of the CEO are the managers. In fact,
managers also have their subordinates like foreman and sales officers in Tesco and the main is
the workers and the salesperson who manufacture the customers requirement and the salesperson
is responsible for sales of those products.
Recommendation
It can be recommended that the CEO of Tesco must cooperate with their lower level subordinate
which helps the CEO to analysis the problems from the real field. In fact, the managers must
arrange monthly meeting with their employees likes foreman, sales officers, worker and
salesperson. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the government to support the NGO group
and provide them extra perks and relief them from taxation because they spent their 80% for the
common people wealth. In addition with the managers of Tesco PLC must directly interact with
the sales person and with the workers because it motivate the employees that they are not alone.
It is the responsibility of the private sectors to contribute at least something towards the growth
of the GDP and for the NGO’s.
