Following things to be followed to minimise corona spread:

1. Necessary prior permissions from authorities

2. All members should have downloaded aarogya Setu application in mobile phone and
carryout self-assessment. Keep blue tooth and location ON always to know the status of
corona infected persons nearby.
3. A designated person should be appointed to supervise and monitor the actions against
corona spread
4. List of teaching and non-teaching staff and their drivers with place where they are coming
from
5. No staff should come from containment zone
6. No one should enter the campus with following symptoms
a. Tiredness
b. Fatigue
c. Fever
d. Sore throat
e. Loss of taste and smell

7. Sanitation of the rooms and rest rooms should be done twice a day
8. Hand wash facilities with liquid soaps to be provided all the places. Hand sanitizer to be
provided in all seats of staff.
9. Following checks to be done before entering the campus
a. BODY TEMPERATURE CHECK with hand held thermal scanner at least 3-15 cm away
from forehead (Temp. should not exceed 99 deg. F
b. Oxygen levels to be checked by portable Pulse Oxy meter (O2 level should not
reduce 94 %)
10. Seating arrangements to be made with 3 meters spacing between seats with windows
opening. No AC to run. Try to avoid meeting in hall.
11. N95 mask to be used
