Answer: The five strengths and five weakness of my personality with reasons are given
below:
Strengths:
 Courteous and Well-mannered: There is no form of human interaction that can
function without courtesy and good manners - it really is the foundation of every
relationship. I try to be as much courteous as possible with every kind of people around
me.
 Ambitious: If I desire something and I will do whatever it takes to achieve it. Ambition
is a part of me, in fact I see it as one of my key strengths
 Empathy: I am able to naturally connect with and understand the people I come into
contact with, even without speaking to them.
 Patience: Undeterred by failure and unaffected by others losing their cool, yours
is truly the patience of a saint. As a very calm, thoughtful person, I'm well
acquainted with the virtues of patience. So, when I got a group of really angry
people, I volunteered to take care of them and managed to get the best out of what
was a very difficult situation.
 Discipline: Being disciplined gives me the strength to withstand hardships and
difficulties, whether physical, emotional or mental. It allows me forgoing
immediate satisfaction, in order to gain something better, but which requires effort
and time. I choose to do what I know I should do, rather than what I want to do.

Weakness:
 Self-critical: I can be too critical of myself. A pattern I’ve noticed throughout my
educational life is that I often feel I could have done more, even if objectively, I’ve done
well. Earlier in my career, this led to burnout and negative self-talk.
 Intolerant: You are unable to tolerate opinions that diverge from your own. You find it
difficult to work with people who see things differently to you and rebuff all efforts to
mediate.
 Lacking experience: I’m not familiar with the latest version of many recent software
like using Windows 10 or Office 2017 etc. Instead, I’m comfortable with using older
version of these software.
 Sensitive: At times I lack clarity of thought and if something goes wrong, I take it so
personally that I start to cry. I'm not always able to separate my emotions from my work
and this has an effect on my ability to think clearly.
 Conventional: The way I see it, things should always stay the same. Once I've got used
to a certain way of doing things, I find it difficult to imagine another way of doing them.
And if I was asked to do something creative, I wouldn't know where to begin.
