method, calculate the following:

Given that the project starts on Monday, 1- 1 - 2018, the contractor considers Friday
and Saturday as weekends, and the period from 8 to 10 January 2018 is non- working
period. It is required to:
1. Calculate the CPM days and clarify the critical path on the network.
2. Calculate the project duration due to an increase of 3 days in the duration of
activity B
3. Calculate the activity dates considering the given calendar and draw the bar chart
using Calendar days.

Question 2
The following tables illustrate the data for the CPM diagram for a project. The project
start date is thursday1st March 2018; Workdays per week equal six, and the week start
on Saturday. It is required to find activity dates (ES, EF, LS, and LF)
