INTRODUCTION
The report below is an assessment of my progress towards project implementation. As a process of making
results of the project, through surveys, interviews and recommendations for the company . The report
also reveals the project implementation challenges and lessons learned from the project.

The survey was conducted by 23 people via an untitled form, completed and received a lot of positive
feedback, and there were also limited respondents when participating in these short surveys. Content
about equity and diversity in the workplace.

Through the chart and the percentage we will better understand the opinions of all ages and the industry
on the issue that many people are wondering today.
In the issue of equality and diversity in the workplace, it is not the private affairs of any gender but
the commonality of all genders.
The chart above shows that more than 60% are women and more than 30% are men, some of them
are not suitable to say, showing that there are still some people who restrict to answer this issue
to the dark least.

I organized my questions in a way that avoided dropouts while participating in this short survey.
The second question, after asking gender, is to type in marital status, nearly 70% are single, I give
all marital status but when adding the answer, I don't want to say, there are still some people The
survey will choose. It shows that they will participate in the survey, but does not give the survey a
necessary purpose as% is very important for some reason, they do not want to bring out the facts
but at the same time still want to comment on this concern.
After the survey, over 95% are students. Only over 5% are working people.
So the next answers will be mostly students and students, and a few percent of them are working
people. Seeing more than 60% is very important, more than 30% is important and the special thing
here is that the appearance of care is not important. Feel this doesn't matter at their future
workplace.

The next question, which is the central question of this short survey, shows us the percentage of
people who have had a case of inequality and don't know if it's inequality or not is more than 50%.
The problem here is that even just a student and a student, at a very young age, have a case like
this that has a significant effect on a cold. Their contacts and interests are growing and will make
them create a barrier to their future work environment.
The last question is also the question of whether or not our survey will gain real opinions.
The question is, do you like a workplace filled with men, women, regions, countries and religions?
A question that is not too sensitive can help the information collection process to get the best
results.
More than 70% would like to have such an effective and interesting working environment but
besides that, there are also% is no, but only 1%. With such percentage, the issue of diversity and
fairness is the aspirations of working staff and students and students to the future.

RECOMMENDATION
Opinions of survey participants . This problem is too difficult, so the number of people giving
objective opinions is still limited.

o Create multiple events and shows with your buddies with the rules as a team must have at
least 2 to 3 other nationalities or skin colors. The goal is to help everyone join together
regardless of how skin color is.
o Hmmm, we should not recognize or take any action to be equal, just by treating people
equally in every way, that is the best way to talk about equality.
o We should impose penalties on cases of hurting and harming people who are treated
unfairly.

o We can learn about the cultures of different countries and at the same time get more
involved
o respect and equality with each other.

o Employers need to prevent gender discrimination and maintain equality regarding hiring,
salary, opportunities, and promotions.

o Organize activities related to equality in the workplace and try to get cooperation from the
board of directors in the company.
o The manager should be a role model who create the affection for their employees as well
as fair in working place by their leadership style

o Understand your work of choice. Calmly solve the problem you encounter. And try to be
sociable to create relationships.
o Training about anti-discrimination for employees may help them have more awareness
about this problem.

In my opinion, the above suggestions can apply to the company and a high percentage will yield a good
result.

We should punish cases of hurting and harming people who are being treated unfairly.

We can learn about the cultures of different countries and be more involved at the same time

respect and equality with each other.

Employers need to prevent gender discrimination and maintain equality of employment, wages,
opportunities and promotions.

Managers must be a role model to create affection for their employees as well as fairness in the workplace
because of their leadership style.

Evaluate options

The project has achieved the desired goal because it is implemented in a short time, so there are still risks
such as online survey will take a lot of time and directly, the risk of few interviewers is still high. There are
also many beneficial ideas about diversity and comments in the workplace.

CONCLUSION
After completing the report, the emphasis here is on the diversity and equality of the workplace, as
mentioned above for myself, it is considered as a core value. But after I finish the project, everyone will
understand diversity and equality, consider it an inevitable part of life.
